Great location, just off the bourse an 5 minutes walk from the Grand Place. Plenty of good restaurants and all the sights within walking distance.

Can get loud in the streets below at night, especially on weekends.

Very central to the city sites- Freindly staff, quaint room with balcony and good facilities. would recommend for short city stays.

A little hard to find reception as entrance is via the pub downstairs.

A person who claimed to be the owner opened the door to our hotel room rather late one evening, saying that he "wanted to check that everything was OK" - quite strange and rather unpleasant.

The location was great for visiting the old town with many restaurants nearby. Alicia was extremely helpful. Parking is a few blocks away but all luggage was in our room by the time we returned. The room was quite basic but had a comfortable bed.

This was a clean, older hotel within walking distance of the Grand Place. The staff was very helpful and spoke English well. There is a nice breakfast buffet that is included in your room rate. There are some great restaurants nearby that are reasonably priced.

The rooms are small, and the hotel and décor need to be upgraded and remodeled. It is an older hotel

The hotel is a small with lots of charm. The rooms are comfortable and you have excellent WI-Fi in your room. The staff are very attentive and the bar in the lobby serves excellent food at all times of the day. Also it is in close walking distance to shops and restaurants near Grand Place. I would gladly spend time there on future trips.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was clean and the rooms were very large with nice bathrooms. The balcony views were also very nice. I will definitely come back to this hotel in my future visits to Brussels.

We had traffic problems and I think it may have been the owner that took us personally to the train station in his Mazaratti.

Very clean, looks to be recently renovated, great location near many restaurants, pubs and shopping, friendly staff, good sized room and bed.

The bed was a bit soft / lumpy and could be replaced. I still had a very good nights sleep. The first floor may be noisy as the is a nice restaurant and pub at ground level. Second floor was fine though.

The staff were all friendly and proactive and we liked the design and layout of the room using the very small space to good advantage.

The fact that we arrived quite late and were told that food was available until 22:00. Only to find that at 21.40 we were told that the kitchen had closed. So we had wander out to find something to eat.

LIked having cafe/bar as lower level. Liked spacious room, including nice small balcony. Friendly staff made it feel homey.

Small, comfortable and very friendly Hotel. Don't be put off by the bar entry. The staff were excellent and the room was modern and very comfortable. Close to city attractions. Highly recommend.

A few grungy bars close by that are noisy but the noise doesn't filter through to the rooms.

Loved everything! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - close enough to tourist spots but far enough away to not feel touristy. Add free wifi, excellent bar/restaurant and you've got perfection! Can't fault it and can't wait to go back!

Nice Hotel. Very well located, close to the Grand Place. The room was good, clean, comfortable. There is a pub in the ground floor which is great. Breakfast is very good. The owner speaks Spanish and English which is very useful.

We ate in the bar downstairs (not part of the hotel) which was good value. The included breakfast was served there as well, and was excellent.

The rooms are very small, but nicely decorated (apart from the broken toilet seat!)
