The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was perfect for the Christmas market
The room was a bit on the small side and the outer bedding did have stains on.
Hotel Orts is located close to the Grand Place and is well maintained. The hotel has a bar downstairs and there are plenty of bars / restaurants nearby.
Bed was a little soft for my liking
Comfy bed Nice decor Good location
Had booked a superior room with 2 balconies and an extra large bed. The room had no balconies and was a standard double. There were no refreshments in the room. No breakfast included. Overpriced for what it was. Staff weren't very welcoming
All rooms face two busy streets - Window broken, yet no reaction from the owner. Breakfast does not deserve its name, only one croissant, one cup of coffe, and one sort of jam! In general, very unprofessional attitudes - a shame!
Reception and common areas
Third stay. It's great to drink in hotel bar and be so close to Grand Place. Bed was so comfortable and room was very spacious. Will be back
Cheerful stuff, cozy design, spacy bathroom, central location.
Located by the road, which becomes noisy around 7 a.m. Tricky to find: the entrance is located on the corner, and normally you are invited to use the entrance of the restaurant.
Great location, clean and elegant room, large windows, nice bathroom.
- No continental breakfast available at downstairs cafe, only coffee & croissants (and not even those if you arrived later). Nice bio cafe 50 meters down the street, so that wasn't an issue after all. - The street can be a little noisy in the morning during work days and during the night on the weekends.
Not a child friendly hotel. Elevator did not have an inside door so you could see as you past floors. Shower was moldy and the hallways smelled of wet dog.
Didn't have breakfast - went to Exki just round the corner
Spacious rooms Clean rooms Nice quality materials
Hotel entrance small & difficult to find Hotel lobby is very small Not for business people No minibar or menu in the room
Friendly welcome Light and airy room Central location
Messy reception desk Bed keeps moving because of slippery floor Fridge in room makes noise Electric circuits cabinet in the hallway noisy
The location is fantastic. I will definitely stay here again!
The shower head clamp was broken.
Nice hotel in the city centre of Brussels, very close to Grande place. Very clean, friendly staff.
Not a real hotel but rooms above a bar; bathroom needs some work; breakfast not included; very noisy area; comfortable for a short city stay
Pretty and cozy room with big shower, exactly as portrayed in the picture. Cute hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent location.
I ordered a salmon for dinner at the hotel's restaurant and it was awfully overcooked. It also took them almost one hour to serve it, which they acknowledged and kindly offered two free beers for the nuisance.
Great quiet little hotel, great location and the staff were always very helpful.
A very central location, close to interesting sites, many eateries. Staff was helpful, spoke English & French and arranged wake-up & taxi-to-airport perfectly.
It was hard to find! It was even hard to find the street it was on and the entrance went thru a small bar.
I got stuck in their small, old elevator.. Room too small.
Very clean and attractive room.
Extremely noisy location.
This hotel was charming with a well decorated and comfortable room, opening doors onto a small balcony, and a convenient café on the main level. The location was perfect for a couple walking around Brussels on vacation.
The breakfast offered was very weak for the money, the elevator seemed dicey, and the mussels served in the café were the smallest I've ever seen.
Room was clean, bed is very comfortable, nice decoration.
Poor wifi, small size TVs.
