Hotel location The room was clean
The room and toilete sizes are small The noise from the outside
-Hotel location is in the city center.
- Inconvenience street was inside the room، Therefore we encountered difficulty in sleeping.
not expensive, not fantastic of course but in my opinion ok for 2/3 nights
This place has some very serious safety code violations.elevator shows no inspection certificate. No inner door to protect occupants from moving between floors. Fire escape filled with ladders and obstructions. Most every small lamp shade has evidence of burn from wrong light bulb wattage. This was not only in bedroom but in restaurant as well. Place needs to be inspected by fire department. Serious code violations. People could perish .
noise; no lobby
The room was modern, clean and really nice. Location is perfect: close to town and with cool bars around
Outside the room the facilities are not the best. The staff when we arrived were very helpful, but the team in the morning was dreadfully unhelpful and quite rude.
Location, room ambience
Very noisy on Friday nights
- Free wifi - Location was just perfect and convenient! - Friendly staff!
- Hotel has a restaurant downstairs and was a little difficult to get to the hotel lobby.
Everything! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There are lots of bars right around the corner. Wonderful choice!
There is nothing negative to say.
the room was clean . location close to lots of interesting buildings . who owns this hotel ?The blonde haired lady on reception when we arrived was very helpful and also the 2 young men serving in the bar . the rest of the staff need a little more trainiing
on our visit Dec 2012 the breakfast was excellent . cheese, good bread ,ham yogurts fresh juice tea coffee hot chocolate. this visit Aug 12th 2014 1coffee ,glass of orange juice out of a carton and 1 croissant is all that is on offer. we then went to another place to eat . .
No breakfast staff never there smallest bedroom we have ever seen noisy
Clean. Decent staff.
The elevator is sometimes filled with cleaning carts making it impassable. Other times it stops mid-floor altogether. Noise From the street goes on well past 23hrs! Impossible to sleep! Bathroom is microscopic.
Great position Super room and huge bed Gorgeous bathroom
A bit noisy during the 2014 Football World Cup I got stuck into the elevator
Only the location
Lack of facilities and the tiny bedroom on the last night was a joke also kitchen was rarely open
The location is excellent very close to the central square.
This is a bar with rooms above not really a hotel. We had booked and paid for breakfast but when we arrived found they no longer provided it but the amount could be knocked of our bar bills. It took a bit of persuading and waiting for the owner to return to get out money back (one bar man speaks English so has to interpret for all the hotel staff). There are no facilites in the room for tea or coffee so if you want anything first thing you have to go out and get it, as a gentlemen in the next door room did and got stuck in the lift on the way back, we got stuck on the way out mind the doors is apparently the trick if you do not want to press the alarm button to get out. The place is deserted except when the bar is open with access from a side door using you room key until late morning. Our room was tiny clearly done up a few years ago and nicely with good decor but the ensuite was tiny tiny and badly needed some maintenance. To sum up excellent location close to the centre but it is rooms above a bar nothing more.
The location was convenient and the room was fantastic.
The other areas of the hotel (elevator, hallways, lobby--or lack thereof) all left something to be desired. The place where you check in is a tiny desk behind a bar, with an elevator to the side that takes you to the rooms. There never seemed to be anyone there--really, ever. We lucked out in that someone was there to check us in, cause we almost never saw them again--including for check out.
The location is great. Room was comfortable though a little worn and vaguely pokey. Good to have balconies.
Safe was not working and no real attempt to fix it despite reporting it twice. Helpful staff but not much action.
The room was good and well-equipped in my opinion. The best thing for us, however, was receiving a suite when all the rooms were booked upon our arrival! The suite was absolutely amazing, quiet and beautifully decorated. We liked being within walking distance of Grand Place.
A standard room is a bit small for a couple, but it can be managed. If you are near street level it is noisy, but closing the windows and putting on AC fixes that.
Clean rooms with nice decoration
Staircase was a bit gloomy
No breakfast. It smelled like mold on the hallway leading to the room. The elevator stopped between floors with my husband in it and there was no one to assist us on fixing the elevator (there was no staff in the "hotel" at 9am in the morning). My husband was stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes. There was no apology from the staff when finally someone showed up after my husband called the electrician. We got instructions on how to use the elevator so we don't get stuck again, that was their apology. The furniture in the room was old. I could close the bathroom door with my hand by siting in the bed. The bathroom was way beyond small. PLEASE do NOT use this "hotel" if you can. It is the worst experience I had during our last 21 days vacation in Europe.
It was great accommodation that was very central for restaurants, museums and transport.
Great Location. We have stayed before. Good bar area and nice balcony room.
Disappointed breakfast no longer served, so coffee making facilities in room would be an idea! Fell out of the lift. It needs replacing!!
The staff were very attentive and helpful. Very good location and the room was clean and spacious. The room was quiet (Sunday and Monday nights).
Nothing really but we could not find hoe to use the TV.
The location is perfect, very central.
No breakfast available on the premises. The area can be noisy.
Located near the main plaza. The staff was extra helpful. The room was very cute and comfortable. I loved the bathroom size. Really enjoyed all the windows in the room, it let so much natural light in.
Nothing. We liked everything!
