Helpful and efficient personnel, good location, free WiFi. Free cocktail also not bad. Very small bathroom (room 206). |

We stayed in a good sized room on the top floor. The surface mounted air conditioner was very quiet, efficient and kept the otherwise warm room at a nice cool temperature at night. It also helped to deaden the sound of the heavy traffic in the street outside so we slept well in a very comfortable large bed. The hotel entrance was tthrough a disco bar which was a bit downmarket and the reception area was very tiny and as just off the bar was not very attractive. The lift was antiquated and not very reliable. It could do with modernising. Although the room was comfortable it had a linoleum type floor. We prefer a carpeted floor. The continental breakfast(our deal was B&B)was very limited with a poor selection of juices, meats, & cheeses. |

Tastefully decorated, good location. Small room, tiny bathroom and (for the price paid) very little breakfast choice. Also, the wireless internet worked only intermittently. |

Great location, 200 m from the main square. Large room with a nice bathroom, free WiFi Internet. The selection of food for breakfast is poor so people who like big hotel breakfasts will stay disapointed. |

Hotel staff very helpful, especially the person manning the reception in the morning who provided excellant services. The hotel staff provided me with help even after I had checked out. The location of the hotel is very good as it is very close to underground, shopping areas, business centres, resaurants, etc. The hotel is kept clean. Rooms are rather noisy. I expected a better breakfast for the price I paid. Still, I was satisfied. Though breakfast is served from 7 a.m. onwards, breakfast was still being prepared at 7.15 a.m. However, the above will not discourage me from using the hotel facilities on other occasions. |

Staying in the Hotel Orts was great! The hotel situated near the metro station, just in a centre of Brussels in a couple of minutes from Grand- Place and other main attraction. Besides the hotel is situated in 10 minutes from Central Station which was very comfortable because we travelled a lot in Belgium. The area around hotel is really nice: a lot of bars, cafes, etc. The staff was very helpful. So, we really enjoyed our stay!!! |

The hotel is very near the city centre, many restaurants, 50m until the metro station (Bourse). we liked very much the hotel the rooms were one very big and one not so big but sufficient, also has a hair dryer, mini breakfast, and very frandly and hepful staff. The price was worthed and i defenetly recomend this hotel to anyone how wants a vacation in Brussel at a low-moredate price. |

Our room was so cute! we got in late, but realized we lucked out with this hotel because the summer special was a great value. Great location a couple min walk to the main square, half block to the trams/metro, food and bars all around. The room was well laid out, clean, spacious for a rounded corner room, we had a great view over the street w/ a balcony but it was never too noisy. Good tv and channels, fridge, temperature control; bathroom spacious and cute. Staff was very nice, simple breakfast. Definitely boutique, none of the big chain kind of stuff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for a nice accommodation for a Brussels city break. small lift, but not really a problem |

Staff was very friendly, although did not follow through on a request for a roll away bed. Very convenient to Grand Platz. Lunch in hotel restaurant was quite good. Rooms are small but adequate. Noise at night with windows open was disruptive (Sat. night). |

Bright, stylish (though small) rooms, comfortable bed, very central, lively area with many good restaurants/bars/cafes and a good restaurant frequented by locals attached to the hotel. Friendly staff, laid back atmosphere. Noise from a nearby bar/club was very loud one night (actually early morning), despite rooms being generally well insulated sound-wise. This was perhaps an exception, as two other nights spent there were fine and staff was helpful in resolving the problem. Wireless internet connection slow, but cable option works fine. |

This is a boutique hotel, and a very convenient one. It's in the middle of the hippest section of town (according to my Brussels friends). It is definitely a younger scene but very respectable. the atmosphere outside and around is simply great. There are great restaurants and cafes around the hotel. DelHaize supermarket is 2 block away where you can buy just about anything. |

Location is excellent, room is nice, staff friendly. When we arrived the minbar was not cold, although they fixed that the same night. There was also hardly anything in the minibar, and during 3 days they never filled it up. No bedding was changed, and the room was not cleaned, during 3 days. On the 3rd night the TV stopped transmitting any channels, which they said would be fixed in a day or two. |

Everyone working there were very welcoming and helpful and understanding as we did not speak that great french.The food was very good we were impressed with the food and our room lovely and clean and spacious and quiet. The thing was the lift because could be better or maybe stairs as my husbabd does not like lifts but we just took it as a laugh this would not ever put us off coming again. |

Excellent room, comfortable, double glazing kept the noise from the street to a low level. Good breakfast, location perfect, food in cafe generally good, but a little complicated. |

Room was moderately sized - nicely styled appointed - and the bed was comfortable. Free wireless internet service. Had to wait 10 minutes for attendant to appear at reception for check-in. |
