Really nice and comfortable room, quiet area, the breakfast was well furnished, the hotel staff was really nice and welcoming... I will go back for sure... It gave me a real good taste of the warm welcoming of people living in this fantastic city!! |

Good size room. Great location The Internet and outside phone lines were down for our entire stay. Maybe due to a larger services problem, but it was very inconvenient for us. On one occasion the breakfast items were running very low and were not refilled even though there was still around an hour left before the service ended. |

I loved my room (No 15). The bed is very comfortable, as well as pillows. I stayed in lot of 4 stars hotel in Brussels and this one really like like one of them. Bathroom is nice with fantastic towels. Breakfast is really basic, but tasty. Elevator stops with no reason - scary. |

Very good location, very clean and comfortable room, decent breakfast (though fresh juice was served only when a specific member of staff was present...;) Wireless internet didn't work and instead of being told openly, "sorry, it's broken down, it will/will not be fixed while you're here", every day I heard a different "explanation": it's down - even the staff can't use it; it should be ok now - I'm using it downstairs; we have problems - we've just changed the provider;. and so on... |

The cafe at the lobby and their late evening electronic sets, 2 complimentary cocktails at the bar, young stylish and friendly vibes, great food, basically a bit high but worth its price, great short stay! Defenetly will come back again! |

The location is the best since it takes only 5 minutes walking to Grand Palace with the nearby yummy and budjet restaurant. Staffs are very helpful and reliable. The only thing that I don't like is the hotel would would not refill the toliet staffs and never wash and change glasses in the room. Anyhow, it is still acceptable for me. |

Wonderful location just two minutes from center. Breakfast are very tasty but there was no vegetable. Hotel staff is very nice and all our question were answered. On Friday an Saturday nights it was bit noisy from bar below us. |

The staff were lovely, the room had a fantastic view, was well appointed and very comfortable. The complimentary cocktails were a bonus! Would definatly recommend. Good location too - central to the main sights and easy transport links. |

We stayed in a good sized room on the top floor. The surface mounted air conditioner was very quiet, efficient and kept the otherwise warm room at a nice cool temperature at night. It also helped to deaden the sound of the heavy traffic in the street outside so we slept well in a very comfortable large bed. The hotel entrance was tthrough a disco bar which was a bit downmarket and the reception area was very tiny and as just off the bar was not very attractive. The lift was antiquated and not very reliable. It could do with modernising. Although the room was comfortable it had a linoleum type floor. We prefer a carpeted floor. The continental breakfast(our deal was B&B)was very limited with a poor selection of juices, meats, & cheeses. |
