Staff were very helpful. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast had a very good selection and considering we were late there was still plenty of food to be had. Hotel seemed to be very child friendly (although we did not have any) There was a room allocated to them with a bouncy castle they so they could let off steam! There was a sauna room but we did not have time to use these facilities and were not very well advertised which was a shame. The hotel is very dark and looks grime. The corridor wall mirrors were very dirty and when you walk in you wish you hadn'T. I was extremely worried what my room would look like. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. The size of the room was small but adequate for our one night stay I don't think I would want to stay a week in this size room but hopefully the junior suit and family size were better. I was aware through the reviews that no drinking facilities were available in the rooms - I think this is a shame and would make quite a difference to the hotel.

I like the location close to city centre the staff are very friendly and professional it is kept clean the breakfast is excellant the room warm the beds very comfortable regards Peter Bourne There was nothing I did not like about the Hotel

Very nice stuff, Luxury.... No WIFI, Internet connection at room. They have to put on some UK electric plague please, my adopter wasn't fit for plague, but it's works in Germany!?. No car park for disabled people too!.

The staff were very helpful and spoke good English with a good knowledge of the local area Poor parking round the hotel and be careful in the bathroom as there is no anti slip matting in the bath for showering

The hotel is functional at best ie. it will do as somewhere to stay if all you want is a single night to crash, but otherwise has nothing to recommend it. It is poorly lit from the entrance foyer to the bedroom corridors, and the latter are scruffy (though clean). The bedroom was small, with little natural light and ventilation. The bed was hard. It looks and feels like a 60's era office block

I loved the layout of the family room which was adequate for a family of four consisting of a teenage daughter and a ten year old son, it was clean, tidy and good value for money, the breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The hotel was ideally located a stones throw from the beach, bars and good fish restuarants, I will not hesitate to reserve a room there on my next visit to this relaxing seaside town with a very nice long sandy beach and promenade. No complaints, I got what I paid for.

I went a japenese restaurant on the seafront the chef was a sight to behold, Mother law fulfilled one of ambitions to go back to ostend.Good location ,Breakfast was good,Staff where excellant would recomend you to any body,one complaint though bed side nearest to window in both rooms had shrp edges on.

Location is excellent The hotel staff has somehow mixed up the room I reserved and I was being given a smoking room while I requested non-smoking room. I requested changing to a non-smoking room, but all rooms were full except a family room on 1st floor. We moved to this room and thought it was ok in the beginning. But the night when we tried to sleep, we heard a lot of noise coming from the bar downstairs of the hotel. I couldn't sleep at all until 2am when the bar closed. The next morning when we tried to take a shower and found that the shower wasn't working well. The water pressure is extremely weak that you can hardly take a normal shower. It was totally impossible to wash my hair and I ended up with using the tap of the sink which gave better water pressure. I think the hotel should not give out a room like this at all.
