Ostend Hotel    

We had a lovely room that was very clean and very spacious and all of the staff were brilliant - very very nice people and very helpful.

there was nothing we did not like

The price was higher when i got there.

The new decor brightened rooms up, the beds are nicer too .

Didnt like the choice of cooked breakfast,slabs of bacon and eggs or scrambled eggs not good

The location was fantastic. Most staff were excellent and the room was as advertised. Very nice trip.

The breakfast wasn't as good as other hotels previously stayed at in Ostende.

ostend hotel was in a quite location but very close to the beach also very handy for the main shopping centre. the staff where very helpful also plenty of leaflets giving you information of what is going on in city and plenty of information of other places to visit would reccomend it.

We have stayed at this hotel 8 times and always have a good time there. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful and the stff helpful and plan to stay there next year.

The control on the bath it was difficult to switch between shower and bath, it was different ftom the one we usually find on the bathrooms in this hotel.

Large room. This hotel is orientated for families with young children.

Breakfast was a bit of a zoo - uncleared messy tables, grab whatever is available. Difficult to park.

The hotel is very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Everything is within a 10 minute walking distance. The hotel rooms are very clean and the staff was very friendly.

A big improvement for this hotel would be air conditioning. Though it never gets to hot, the noise from the street makes it very difficult to sleep throughout the night.

Very poor budget hotel that even insist you pay in advance

Stayed at this hotel for one night on 5th July, room was clean and comfortable although very hot, I didn't expect air con as it is a three star hotel but a fan in the room would certainly have helped. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of everything and alway being replenished. The hotel is in a very good location and with the help of our sat nav we had no problem in finding it. I would stay at the hotel again but if I was staying longer than one night I would book a junior suite.

Convience of location and a good breakfast

Our room was over the front entrance - a lot of noise from the hotel bar and the Irish Pub next door, together with noise from early morning deliveries did not make a restful sleep. The hotel itself was in need of refurbishment and the corridor to our room had half its plaster missing and a hole in the wall near our door. There didn't seem to be any sign of work being carried out to update the hotel. The rooms are quite spartan with no draw space just a couple of shelves in the wardrobe. The pillows are very hard!

I have stayed at the Ostend hotel before and its just right for a weekend break in Ostend. We just love it there

Het is een familiehotel bij uitstek. Er is zowel aan de kinderen als aan de volwassenen gedacht. De speelruimte voor de kinderen is fantastisch. De zonnebank en sauna is dan weer een voordeel voor de volwassenen.
