L liked the position the breakfasts ,the efficiency of the receptionists and the cleanliness

The 15 euro charge per night and the dark bedrooms

Walking past the bottom of the bed was a little awkward

Very nice stuff, Luxury....

No WIFI, Internet connection at room. They have to put on some UK electric plague please, my adopter wasn't fit for plague, but it's works in Germany!?. No car park for disabled people too!.

The staff were very helpful and spoke good English with a good knowledge of the local area

Poor parking round the hotel and be careful in the bathroom as there is no anti slip matting in the bath for showering

I loved the layout of the family room which was adequate for a family of four consisting of a teenage daughter and a ten year old son, it was clean, tidy and good value for money, the breakfast was lovely and plentiful. The hotel was ideally located a stones throw from the beach, bars and good fish restuarants, I will not hesitate to reserve a room there on my next visit to this relaxing seaside town with a very nice long sandy beach and promenade.

No complaints, I got what I paid for.

The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times,the facilities were great with children in mind,and the rooms were excellent.

No tea making facilities in the rooms

I went a japenese restaurant on the seafront the chef was a sight to behold, Mother law fulfilled one of ambitions to go back to ostend.Good location ,Breakfast was good,Staff where excellant would recomend you to any body,one complaint though bed side nearest to window in both rooms had shrp edges on.

The hotel staff has somehow mixed up the room I reserved and I was being given a smoking room while I requested non-smoking room. I requested changing to a non-smoking room, but all rooms were full except a family room on 1st floor. We moved to this room and thought it was ok in the beginning. But the night when we tried to sleep, we heard a lot of noise coming from the bar downstairs of the hotel. I couldn't sleep at all until 2am when the bar closed. The next morning when we tried to take a shower and found that the shower wasn't working well. The water pressure is extremely weak that you can hardly take a normal shower. It was totally impossible to wash my hair and I ended up with using the tap of the sink which gave better water pressure. I think the hotel should not give out a room like this at all.

Très bon hôtel familial; Chambres spacieuses bien pensées pour famille avec enfants. Chouette salle de jeux à disposition pour les enfants. Demi- pension très bien (gratuité des enfants jusque 12 ans). A deux pas de la plage. En un mot nous recommandons!
