Everything was awesome! We had a suite with a living room, large master bedroom, small bedroom for our child and spacious bathroom. The staff was very accomodating, the hotel is charming, the location is perfect: easy walk to everything yet in a quiet location. Loved it!

People from reception were simply wonderfull!!!!

This hotel and its staff were perfect in every way! We got a free upgrade upon arrival to a junior suite (room 19) and the room was massive, quiet, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. All staff were friendly, attentive and went out of their way to anticipate our needs and make our stay an amazing experience. The hotel breakfast was the best we have ever experienced (regularly filled up even right up to closing at 11am), and the decor of both the breakfast room and the bar was charming, comfortable and a joy to sit and eat/drink in. The hotel was located at the start of a quiet canal and the views were great both overlooking the courtyward (where our room was) and overlooking the canal (the breakfast room and bar). I would not hesitate to return here again as this hotel really stands out among other hotels of its class, and is an experience not to be missed if you are in Bruges!

No bad points - the hotel and its staff were faultless.

Room drab with pictures of English hunting scenes on walls.Had booked double room for romantic weekend.Room had 2 single beds pushed togetherwith seperate bedding,asked for change but was told this was a normal double and nothing else available.Rooms at front suffer with travel noise

Everything was perfect, very various and good breakfast, the room was absolutely lovely with a wiew on the canal. So romantic

The hotel is in a lovely building on a canal in Brugge. Location to sights in Brugge is excellent.

The breakfast could have been better.

I loved the building itself, the decor and the staff, who were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. The location was fantastic and the room beautiful, especially the outstanding bathroom. I loved being able to open my windows and watch the horses and canal boats going right past in the morning! The courtyard was also a delight.

The beds could be more comfortable, and the linens definitely could be better quality. Breakfast could have more hot dishes to select from for the price.

Relaxed atmosphere, child friendly hotel, staff have been excelent every time I have stayed at the hotel.

It is very clean hotel and good location.

It was very clean room but were terrible mold smells especially around air conditioner outlet. We had to open the window completely in the night time. Other rooms peoples complained to hotel also but nothing to changed. I don't recommend to stay this hotel in summer time.

A very nice hotel with a romantic feel. The foyer and garden area is really lovely.

The canal view room was an upgrade but it was very noisy with a busy road over cobbles underneath our window. The air- con seemed to be on a timer and kept switching off so it was very hot and stuffy without the window open but the road noise was terrible. The room decor seemed a bit tired considering it was an upgrade, and in the bathroom half the toilet seat fell off repeatedly and there was a huge pubble from the shower leaking. More a 3 star hotel than a 4 from our experience of European hotels.

Breakfast was very good. However, one morning they ran out of various things on table and they weren't replenished while we were in the dining room even though breakfast was far from over, The gentleman at the desk the second day we were there was very helpful. Location was good. Lovely common rooms and bathroom was nicely updated.

They didn't go out of their way to help. Taxi service did not come and we had to ask for them to follow up even though it was obvious we had been sitting waiting for a long time. We missed our train as a result.We were also told there was free Internet and they wanted to charge us. Even with a supposed free voucher we were never able to sign on and no one could help us. We gave up.

The hotel was in a quiet but close location to the main center of the city,it had very helpful staff who helped book our resteraunt on both evenings these were recomended and were exellent and close, as some of the party had walking issues.Would recommend to friends it s not a cheap hotel but the attmosephere of the place takes you back to more elegant days. breakfast was plentyful and well cooked with a good chose of cooked and cold.
