Everything!!!! Staff could not have been better.

This is a solid four star hotel with great central location in Bruges. The room was large and clean. It had old charm and modern amenities.

There was lipstick on the supposedly coffee cups in the room.

The location was perfect The rooms were beautifully fitted,beds very comfortable. Staff very polite and informative Fantastic hotel

A beautifully restored hotel, in a great location. The breakfast was top quality, with a great selection and served in the most elegant of breakfast rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel rooms were a little tired but well kept.

The elegant decor and graceful flow of bars and relaxing lounges.

Comfortable and traditional in style but up to date and tastefully decorated. Friendly, welcoming and efficient staff. Excellent location in the heart of the historic centre - everything is within easy walking distance. We travelled with another couple and based on reviews I requested rooms at the rear of the hotel. I was impressed that the hotel was swift to respond to my Booking.com requests for these rooms and for hotel parking. The rooms were peaceful with pleasing views over the neighbouring rooftops. The car park is secure but small so do book in advance.

I would have liked towelling bathrobes provided.

Comfortable, spacious room; superb, clean en suite, helpful reception, friendly cleaners, top class breakfast.

We struggled to get the heating / airconditioning down, even as it snowed outside.

Thank you for the upgraded room, we loved the spaciousness and the newly remodeled bathroom was the best one we've seen. Gorgeous, comfortable, quiet room with a view. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

the hotel was very central with a lovely old world charm and ambience..the staff were very friendly and helpful..I would recommend highly this hotel as it ticked all the boxes for our memorable trip to Bruges.

A January visit meant no air con, just heating and the room was too warm.

Nothing really to dislike other than the car park was tiny and quite expensive at 20 euros a day.

our second Christmas at the Peellaert, it was excellent in every way. Beautiful rooms, lovely atmosphere and superb breakfasts!

Location to the centre is excellent. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast menu is extensive and caters for all tastes.

Location, luxurious and spacious suite, very clean, received an upgrade to suite.

Staff could be more proactive in providing information as you had to ask specifically for everything; for example wifi password, to be served a drink in the bar, code to spa, how to get towels/robes. Robes should just be in the rooms. It seems counter to a 4 star hotel to require holding a passport for their use.

The hotel was very convenient to the heart of Brugge -- just a few minutes walk. The hotel was lovely/traditional/luxurious. We were given a room upgrade and had a very pretty, comfortable room.

We tried to get rid of some of our Euro change, and the receptionist wasn't willing or able to help us.

The hotel was wonderful; staff were friendly and extremely helpful, there when you needed them, nothing to much trouble. The hotel felt open and welcoming with a very relaxed feel. Rooms clean and very well appointed. Very enjoyable stay Breakfast was very good with a wide selection to choose from.

Changes to the norm seems to have been a bit of a problem, we ordered breakfast in bed for the first morning specifying tea however coffee was served, I also ordered a rose which did arrive however pretty much on its last legs which may have been the fault of the florist and not the hotel however it would have been nice if the hotel had noticed how dead the rose was. All that said, I would not think twice and use this hotel if we were to visit Brugge again.

Comfortable room, attractive lounge areas, friendly staff, good range of well cooked food at breakfast,excellent location right at the heart of the medieval city.

Bit pricey, but you are paying for the location in a beautiful city. Drinks in the lounge were expensive.

This was a fabulous hotel beautifully decorated for festive season very friendly and helpful staff great selection of breakfast buffet and a very comfortable bed
