The decor and stately structure of the reception and breakfast roods. No bar service till after 5:30pm. Rooms on 3rd floor front have very low ceilings to bathroom and half of bedroom. |

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Bruges. The room was beautiful. The continental breakfast was beautiful. The decor was beautiful. This really is a top notch hotel. It is quite expensive but for Bruges, it's actually quite reasonable. Highly recommended. |

The staff was excellent. They were friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel was a big plus. It is a short walk to the Burg and Markt. The breakfast at the hotel was a very good buffet. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would go there again. I think the hotel policy of charging 20 euro per night for parking is a bit steep. We parked at a city parking garage instead for three days for a total of 24 euro. |

The hotel is really perfectly situated in the centre of Bruges and offered a very attractive price for a super quality hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and arrangements were flexible at measure of the guest. |

We particularly appreciated the friendly staff and how quiet our room was. Our room was not part of the main hotel building and we had to walk through the car parking area and negotiate a narrow staircase to reach our room - there was no lift. |

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location!! Breakfast was also quite good. There was quite a lot of noise from the Backpackers across the road. Little bit difficult to sleep at night. |

High quality 4 star hotel, lovely room, great location and private parking. There was no reduction for motorbike parking, cost 20 Euros and although private was not in a covered area. Most hotels don't charge for motos or at least half price. |

The room was clean and well decorated with a modern bathroom. There was no parking provided by the hotel. This is a major problem. We spent the afternoon trying to find parking for almost an hour. Once we did find parking, our time was spent clock watching and running back to feed the parking meter. Lack of parking is a major problem! |

The hotel has an ideal location for seeing the city and the facilities are quite nice. Hairdryer turns off every couple of minutes. Staff said that all the units in the hotel are designed this way. |

Proximity to town centre. Big negative - on opposite side of road there is a bar/club open on to street, with youth hostel above. Music is very loud and there was noise and shouting through 'til dawn. We were not on side facing the club but were still disturbed. Windows are double glazed but this does not help. Hotel management is also very frustrated, has called police but problems unsolved. |

Excellent location and very helpful staff. The hotel was in good decorative order. We really appreciated the good and generous breakfast buffet. The room was a little small and the pillows were rather uncomfortable... I'm not sure if I regard it as value for money. |

The room had always been made up to a very high standard by early afternoon. Staff were extremely attentive. The location was excellent. The bar was only open from 6pm and you had to go to reception for service. |
