Very pleasant staff, good breakfast (incuded in room rate), comfortable bed, good location

No fridge in the room, very small TV

Staff are really efficient and friendly who make you feel welcome!!!!!!!! we got upgrade when we arrive ! and you can tell they use they heart to run the hotel!!! no matter its the reception staff or cleaing lady are all nice and helpful!!!

The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. It seemed as they were really interested that our stay was pleasant. We also liked the hotel design - the room, restaurant, staircases. Breakfast is very tasty.

Water is pouring on the floor out of the shower a litte bit, but that's not very disturbing.

This hotel is disgraceful! Owner incredibly rude. Room was very very basic and cold. Heating turns off automatically after very short period. Hard bed. Shower and bathroom stank. First room was on top floor - fire escape window was broken and smell was apalling from bathroom. Moved to a "deluxe room" - exactly the same as previous room. Room was dirty. Not even a glass available to get a glass of water. No mini bar, fridge, chair/table or desk to work at. Was greeted by burly security guard at front door who shouted what!! At me when I asked to be let in. Bar was closed at all times and nowhere to sit anywhere in hotel other than on the bed. 3 coathangers in open wardrobe. At €149 a night this was a disgrace. Beware......

The key was its location whilst attending meetings in Brussels

This is a lovely, funky hotel. Very close to the central market, it is very conveniently located. And quiet, too. My room had a bath which was nice to relax in after 2 weeks walking around The Netherlands and Belgium!

Central location for tourist sites. Quirky chic boutique hotel (actually more like a b&b) with friendly staff. Solid free wifi. Value for money.

Probably not ideal for business travelers due to lack of a desk and in- room safe.

Great location, great hotel! The room was small but very cleverly designed and felt spatious, The bathtub was awesome. Modern interior. Very quiet room. Lady of the hotel was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to other young couples.

Hotel is very well located to walk Grand Place and Manneken Pis and subway access, all in 15 min or less. Owner/manager of this boutique hotel is outstanding, multi lingual and quite knowledgeable of the city. The room was very clean and well maintained. WiFi in rooms worked great. There is no porter/bellman service but the elevator was wonderful asset and no problem to move our luggage. We will stay here again!

Breakfast was good and adequate. Price was 12.5 Euro added to hotel bill. This was not clear in Listing that breakfast was available but not included in Hotel room price. Minor negative, as the stay in Hotel was well worth it.

No blinds, you need an eye mask in the morning. No fridge. There were no lights in the room apart from the bed lamps and one did not work.

Le couloir-escalier résonne trop, du coup on est dérangés par les voisins...
