Room was clean, airy, comfortable and bright. Staff made effort to prepare the room as I arrived at noon. Location is superb and just for that (and more) the hotel is worth the money. Upper class hotels are at not as good areas. The street is lovely, trendy, easy to access by metro and tram. Will definitely come back. |

the interior, the design of the room with lovely color and fabrics; located in the heart of Brussels, very good location, a lot of shopping buotiques and restuarants and hisotric places around; yummy breakfast; the free Wi-fi, and the internet connection never has problems the ventilation in the rooms seems like not very well, and it's a little hot; |

Toll designte Zimmer, sehr ordentliches Frühstück, freundlich bemühtes Personal, gute zentrale Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Durch das strenge Design sind die Zimmer trotz Luxusdesign etwas spartanisch ( z.B. kein Knopf an der Wand, um eine Jacke kurz aufzuhängen ), alles ist etwas eng. |

La qualité de la literie et emplacement de l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner étais vraiment trop pauvre et le service laisse à désirer. La taille de la chambre, étais minuscule et la salle de bain / wc n’offre aucune intimité. J’étais obligé de demander que ma chambre soit nettoyée. |

La ubicacion La habitacion muy pequeña, estuve el el duplex y en la parte de abajo hacia muchisimo frio (donde estaba la bañadera, ya que no habia ducha y te tienes que lavar el pelo de rodilllas y congelandote), aunque en la de arriba se estaba bien. |

L'emplacement. Quartier commerçant en journée et vivant le soir. Bon petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont très basiques. Nous avons dû réclamer les produits de toilettes. Pour le prix peut mieux faire. |
