Central location for tourist sites. Quirky chic boutique hotel (actually more like a b&b) with friendly staff. Solid free wifi. Value for money. Probably not ideal for business travelers due to lack of a desk and in- room safe.

Design hotel molto bello. Camere e bagno molto ampie, pulite, curate e ben arredate. Location perfetta, 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e 1 minuto dalla Metro (Bourse). Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile.

When I'm travelling for business, I like to stay close to the heart of the city. This hotel was at the perfect spot, walking distance to Grand Palace and all other attractions. If you like to experience the local taste, it's also in the middle of a shopping street with local designers and just around the corner in 2 mins, you reach very good restaurants with real Belgian food, crowded by the locals. I highly recommend if you want to experience the Brussels. For business travellers, the rooms don't offer fax and other amenities but there's free wi-fi and the hotel staff is excellent, I'm sure they would help accomodate business related needs (such as fax etc) if requested. So, very good location, clean and comfy rooms and on top excellent personnel. Go for it!

The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. It seemed as they were really interested that our stay was pleasant. We also liked the hotel design - the room, restaurant, staircases. Breakfast is very tasty. Water is pouring on the floor out of the shower a litte bit, but that's not very disturbing.

The owner was extremely kind and helpful. He loves his hotel, which one can see, how the hotel is managed with love and care. A tasteful, trendy and chic design with a personal touch. Located in the most edgy but rather safe area, which makes it easy to go to the bars or restaurants around the Grand Place on foot even at night.

The position in the center of the city, few minutes walking to Grand Place, well connected with the airport and the main stations by bus and metro. The staff is very kind and also helpful for any request. The hotel is charming, the rooms are very nice, with a minimal and modern decor and attractive design. Very recomanded!!

This hotel is disgraceful! Owner incredibly rude. Room was very very basic and cold. Heating turns off automatically after very short period. Hard bed. Shower and bathroom stank. First room was on top floor - fire escape window was broken and smell was apalling from bathroom. Moved to a "deluxe room" - exactly the same as previous room. Room was dirty. Not even a glass available to get a glass of water. No mini bar, fridge, chair/table or desk to work at. Was greeted by burly security guard at front door who shouted what!! At me when I asked to be let in. Bar was closed at all times and nowhere to sit anywhere in hotel other than on the bed. 3 coathangers in open wardrobe. At €149 a night this was a disgrace. Beware......

Loved this hotel. Perfect location. Facilities basic but room was spotlessly clean, very quiet and very comfortable. Quirky decor and interesting design of bathroom. Helpful staff. Best nights sleep I have had in months - would definitely recommend and revisit

The rooms was well designed and cosy. The location is brilliant. The staff was friendly. The breakfast. Not very surprising, poor, coffee cold, only white bread no rolls, Kellog's Corn Flakes, no muesli at all. Poor quality, too much waste, not tasty and not enough.

This is a lovely, funky hotel. Very close to the central market, it is very conveniently located. And quiet, too. My room had a bath which was nice to relax in after 2 weeks walking around The Netherlands and Belgium!

The staff is very attentive. Rooms are clean and furnished in a very individual, fashioned and comfortable way. The location is fantastic amidst the shopping, cafe and pub scene of Rue Dansaert and Sainte- Catherine. Parts of the floor boards in my room were broken due to a water damage. The Satellite-TV of my room received not more than half of the available channels

Hotel Cafe Pacific is a lovely little hotel in the middle of the trendiest liveliest area in Brussels. It is literally meters away from excellent restaurants (Bonsoir Clara, La Kasbah, La Papaya Verte, famous fish restaurants at St. Catharine Square such as La Belle Maraichere), great pubs with live music (Kafka, Bizon, Roskam, Orts, Greenwich) and fancy shops. The hotel is fresh, bright and clean and the owner is friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Expensive. No mini bar. The airco turns itself on automatically couple of times during the night, even though turned off.

Exactly as most reviewers said, which makes a change! Very helpful and friendly manageress, simple set-up, clean, functional, quiet, but best of all is its excellent location – 10 mins taxi from the main stations; 5 mins walk from Grand Place one way, and Sainte Catherine for restaurants etc the other way yet out of the way of the bustle and the noise. My partner didn’t like the fact that it didn’t have ‘a proper reception’. It is definitely a ‘no frills’ place, but perfect as a base for a short break.
