Good-sized room with view of St Catherine's, bathroom with glass door to shower (not the dreaded plastic shower curtain), efficient lift.

Breakfast a bit blah - some fresh fruit and better breads would improve it.

Good breakfast included in the price. Very central location (just 5minutes walking from the Grande Place). Very quite hotel.

Room a little bit small. No door dividing the room and the toilet (just a curtain).

The hotel is centrally located providing excellent connectivity to most places in and around Brussels. It's a 5 minute walk to Grand Place, Rue Neuve; De Brouckere and Sainte-Catherine metro stations and a 10 minute drive to Brussels Midi station. It costs approximately €35-50 for a taxi from Brussels Airport. The staff is courteous, accommodating and speak English. The hotel offers free WiFi which works at decent speed. While it's advertised as a hotel we felt it was more of a bed and breakfast. There are many pubs and restaurants in the vicinity providing excellent food. It's safe to venture out even late in the night. We stayed for 8 days and were happy with our choice. We would recommend it to anyone who is planning for short stay in Brussels, wants to explore the city and can overlook the shortcomings.

The deluxe rooms we stayed were oddly designed and didn't make the most optimum use of space. The rooms are rectangular with sliding partitions to segregate the bed, bath and entry. Basic facilities are lacking, there is no closet to keep clothes or a safe to keep valuables. A coffee maker is dearly missed. The bath tub adds to the aesthetics but is very inconvenient to use. There is barely any space next to the basin to keep toiletries or other nicknacks.

Guys at the reception were extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, but to too much to choose from. Wi-Fi internet worked great.

No tea making facilities in the room, no fridge in the room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great with nice bathroom and a comfortable bed. Nice breakfast with good coffee. Great location!

Loved the room and the view on the street. Bathroom is nice and handy. Wonderful light to wake up with. Nice breakfast. Great little hotel in the centre of Brussels with a lot of food and shopping options.

We had no minibar and the bathroom drainage had a funky smell. We had to ask for the bathrobe.

Friendly welcome, lovely room - very modern and tasteful within a traditional old building. Very clean and comfortable. Free Wifi.

Tv reception wasn't that great (background buzz all the time) but may just have been a temporary glitch. No other complaints!

The hotel is situated in the central part of Brussels, close to everywhere. The room was comfortable and very cosy.

One of the towels was not clean, I had the feeling that somebody used it before. I also had a problem with internet connection.

Some noise from the elevator and opening doors from other guests (but this was not a big problem as there are not so much rooms in the hotel)

the staff is very helpful, helped us to rebook our train to Brugges and back to Paris. She made phone calls for us and spent a lot of time to make sure everything works right. Very nice hotel as well, especially the location and we were able to walked to many places, and took the bus and the tram/metro as well to see many interesting places in Antwerp.

one of the best hotels is Brussels ... great location, clean room, cousy style 13 room only, friendly stuff, will reserve soon again :)

Cool hotel on a pleasantly lively street. Very nice staff. Hotel concept is hipster but relaxed.

Its too expensive for what it provides. Champagne bar on the entrance floor seems to be constantly closed.

Location is good, quiet place and centre is only 5 minutes walking. Girl at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Cosmetic was "l'Occitane"!

Too simple in terms of facilities, there were no shower cap.

The location of cafe pacific hotel is great. 2 minute walk to Bourse underground station and 5 minute walk to Grand Place. And lots of nice cafe and restaurants around the neighbourhood. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My room has a view to St Catherine cathedral, it was stunning. Will definitely recommend.

Would be better if they provide a mini fridge and a save in the room.
