There was enough space in the "luxury" room and also a nice large bath. The staff was helpful and flexible when being asked questions. Quite a professional but also anonymous service and overall feeling. Room less luxurious than expected from the nice pictures but very acceptable for the price range. |

Comfortable hotel in excellent location with good breakfast and on-site parking (indoor and outdoor), which is a plus (you need to reserve parking when you make your reservation, as there are only 30 parking spots for 53 rooms; because outside parking is tandem (2 cars deep), you need to leave your keys with the front desk). We stayed at the Pacific Hotel during Valentine's Day weekend, so the hotel was fully booked. The single 2-3 person elevator was understandably busy, as was the breakfast room. The front desk clerk helpfully suggested to pay our bill in advance, to avoid the check-out rush on Sunday morning. |

Vooral de uitgebreide keuze van het ontbijtbuffet en het gezellige kader van de ontbijtruimte is aangenaam. Badkamer wordt afgesloten met een matglazen schuifdeur. 's Nachts lichtinval in de slaapkamer via deze deur. |

Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen. Alles ligt op wandelafstand. Het was rustig ondanks dat er veel kamers geboekt waren. De poetsvrouw was de kamer nog aan het poetsen ondanks we al meer dan een uur later arriveerden dan het uur dat je kan inchecken. |

locatie zeer goed ,ontbijt was goed maar werd niet veel bijgevuld(broodjes,gekookte eitjes ) en weinig variatie in het beleg.ondanks dat was het ontbijt niet slecht ,algemeen ging het dus wel.zeuren kun je altijd wel,maar is je ontbijt zondags thuis veel beter?????? dus ok. niet erg vriendelijk aan de receptie bij aankomst,dit kost niets meer om vriendelijker te zijn tegen uw klanten,in de receptie is het precies tegen hun zin dat ze daar zitten. |

Bonjour, j'avais réservè de Paris, deux chambres de luxe; à notre arrivéé à l'hotel, on nous proposais une chambre un grand lit, baignoire,l'autre chambre se composait deux lits et, une douche. Après quelques instants j'ai osé réclamer et, j'ai obtenu la chambre réservée; il est toujours désagréable de devoir se justifier. Je n'ai pas compris cette attitude. Nous séjournons à chaque fois, à l' hotel Thévenet, mais hélas il était complet.Pouvez vous m'expliquer ce changement de chambre. Merci,sincères salutations. |
