Room was clean and comfortable.Breakfast was excellent, service very good. Location perfect.

Had to remove a couple of chairs from the room to make space for opening suitcases.

The staff were very helpful, especially Sarah who went out of her way to make our stay more comfortable.

The prices were high for the standard of rooms available.

It's tiny! Our room, a standard double, was ridiculously small. It's also an old building so lots of noise transfer. We kind of felt as though we were trapped in a noisy coffin.

Location was excellent for city access and also quiet. Staff were excellent, helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a delight - "mein chef" cooks a great scrambled eggs and was very cheerful. Great value breakfast. Front desk did an excellent job recommending 3 v. good restaurants.

No downside experienced

The hotel was first class. This is the place to be when visiting Bruges. I thoroughly recommend this hotel especially the ralph Lauren suite, Damask room 108. You will not be disappointed.

Atmosphere , Staff, breakfast.

Difficult to Park Car , but Staff very helpful and sorted it out for me.

Tbe decor was fantastic. The staff went the extra mile to ensure that my stay was excellent- they were very attentive. The rooms were clean, beautiful and relaxing and the location of the hotel was excellent. I liked the cosy feel with under 30 rod it felt like a home from Home!

I only had time to stay for 1 night! That's all that I didn't like!

We have been to the Pand several times now and enjoy the unique feel of this small hotel, the rooms though small are very comfortable and the breakfast is particularly nice...hoping to comeagain soon...a real treat.

The style of the hotel.Very welcoming and warm loved the fire place and the festive decorations.

Looking the pictures of the rooms on the website we expected a little different(nicer) room for the price but otherwise was clean and all right.

Nice spacious rooms, very friendly service. Location excellent, right at the heart of the city and close to parking garage.

The hotelmoffers own parking for 24 Euros a day in a space where most mid size vehicles would struggle to fit in. The Pandrijte parking garage is less than 10 Euros a day and only 100 mtr from the hotel.

Breakfast offered a good selection of options and attention to detail. Small hotel and therefore a more personal service which was relaxing.

Room on 4 th floor was a little hot. No drawers to unpack items.

What was not to like, the staff were very friendly and tried their best to ensure our stay was all we wanted. The breakfast room was outstanding with a good assortment of food some cooked to your order over an AGA in the room which we felt was a nice touch.

Best Location for seeing Brugge

Breakfast was wonderful. Sandra our waitress could not have been more helpful and pleasant.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast from the Aga was wonderful and beautifully presented. The rooms were Victorian style and the bed was comfortable. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

A little narrow hotel parking about 200m from the hotel. But safe garage.

Bathroom too small, shower access very difficult, toilet almost inacessible

The Pand is situated in a perfect location of Bruge. Being a relatively small hotel adds to the comfort, especially as all the staff are very professional and helpful. The service and quality of the breakfast is first class, as is the ambiance of the room in which it is served. The room I stayed in whilst slightly on the small side, was nevertheless very clean and comfortable.

There is nothing I did not like about the Pand Hotel, it is what is says, a small luxury hotel. The room I stayed in was good and comfortable, however it was slightly faded shabby chic.
