Beautiful common areas downstairs, the bar and sitting room lovely, the breakfast room beautiful. helpful staff. The room was very boringly decorated, I expected much more of a designed or detailed look, and had I known that all the rooms on the third floor are basically the three star not four star rooms I would have paid more for a proper room. I almost laughed when I realised that the toiletries in these rooms are generic brand, and not the annick Goutal ones I had been expecting, I don't like a hotel that essentially has two classes and doesn't make that clear enough. |

The Pand is very central so convenient for all sightseeing, also very quiet so slightly away from other tourist noise. Staff friendly and helpful with advise and local knowledge. |

The room was very comfortable. We had a junior suite with a trhough patio which was great. We asked for breakfast in bed and they didn't even have a bed tray! The breakfast was very poor and tasteless. The coffee was cold and they forgot to bring in the tea spoons!!! Absolutely ripp off and shame for a boutique hotel charging 255 euros a night! |

El tamaño de la habitación es algo pequeño pero comprensible por el tipo de edificio y la ubicación. El del cuarto de baño, simplemente, es inaceptable y mucho menos para dos personas. |

L'accueil , le personnel très agréable mais la chambre qui était une chambre au premier tarif ( l(hotel n'a que 26 chambres) ne relevait pas d'un hotel appartenant à la chaine small luxury hotel salle de bain lilliputienne, toilette collés à la baignoire, .Mauvaise insonorisation , on entend les toilettes des voisins.En dehors des suiites je ne le recommanderai pas. Voir commentaire ci dessus, la chambre basique à 200€ n'est pas du niveau, mon mari et moi on s'attendait à bcp mieux. |

allgemeinen aufenthaltsräume sind schön, bedienung auffallend freundlich das preis-leistungsverhältnis ist äußerst schlecht: 220euro für eine wolldecke und bescheidene auswahl beim frühstück ist weniger unproportional denn eine frechheit; auch wenn es nur ein standardzimmer war: 220euro für eine nacht müssen mehr bieten |
