The Pand Hotel Small Luxury Hotels  

The hotel is ideally situated to explore Bruges and the care taken on furnishings and decor makes it a pleasure to return to after a day's exploring. The staff were friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were excellent and starting the day with a glass of champagne (sometimes referred to as 'special' juice) was a real treat.

Staff were excellent and the interior lovely. If you want to park nearby the underground carpark is a much cheaper option than street parking. If you want to be in the centre of the city it is also a hotel that should be near the top of your list.

As so often it seems in this part of the world a double bed is made up of two singles pushed together.......? Don't let this put you off.

In particular, the decor. It is a lovely cozy hotel, with style and elegance.

Cozy & proximity to historic sites.

Pricy for the 1st day, a Saturday.

Lovely atmosphere and decor. Helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful location and relaxing stay.

Breakfast was a little expensive.

The hotel was perfectly situated in a quiet street but only 5 minutes from the square. The staff were very helpful & friendly. Evening dinner is not served but the staff phoned and booked a table at the 'Assiette Blanche'. Not the cheapest but one of the best dinners we have eaten. Being warm we were able to eat breakfast outside in the courtyard, a lovely setting and a wonderful breakfast. We were able to leave our car the next day while we walked around the city, and went on the walking tour organised by the hotel, this was well worth it. A really great stay.

The only downside, was no coffee or tea facilities in the room, but one could order them from reception.

The staff was extremely accomodating, the room was charming, the breakfast was as good as you could possibly want and it was perfectly located. We would definately come back and suggest it to our friends.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great if somewhat expensive. Location was great, Decor was very nice in public rooms. We will come again. There was a nice ambience/feel in the hotel.

Car Parking seemed very expensive.We would prefer a shower rather than bath

Perfect location, friendly staff, romantic atmosphere, great breakfast.

The hotel's stuff is great. It is being managed by family so you have a personal touch in almost everything. The rooms are great and all different. The location is perfect - right in the middle of everything. And the breakfast is class. Good and fast wifi also.

The parking of the hotel is a little bit uncomfortable. When we were checking out we got blocked by someone's other car and waited till hotel management were making calls and making the car go. Took 20 min.
