Dit bekroonde hotel is ingericht met diverse antieke elementen en kunstvoorwerpen. The PAND Hotel, a Small Luxury Hotel ligt op slechts 5 minuten lopen van de Grote Markt. Alle kamers hebben een granieten of marmeren badkamer. Het hotel is gevestigd in een herenhuis uit de 18e eeuw en biedt romantische kamers met een flatscreen-tv, gratis WiFi en airconditioning. Het luxe ontbijt wordt door een ober rondgebracht en is inclusief champagne. U kunt heerlijk ontspannen bij de open haard in de bibliotheek. Bewonder de vele oude boeken en koffers van Luis Vuitton. De gehele sfeer is fantastisch. De lounge met de open haard heerlijk. Daarentegen vond ik de kamer erg klein en de bedden bijna onbeslaapbaar zo hard. Wij hadden kamer 105. Ik weet niet of alle bedden zo hard zijn.

het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker. onze kamer vond ik sober,badkamer krap in ruimte,prijs kwaliteit,te duur

Prima hotel in de binnenstad van brugge en toch rustig. Openbare parkeergarage omde hoek is een stuk goedkoper en 30€ per nacht voor de hond daar schrokken we wel even van bij aankomst. Verder viel de 'jacuzzi' op de kamer tegen dat was meer een bad met wat luchtbubbels... Verder prima hotel

De ligging is ideaal. Vlakbij alle interessante bezienswaardigheden. Het ontbijt is echt bijzonder. Op een AGA-fornuis worden de eieren klaargemaakt. Heerlijke verschillende verse broodjes, champagne, vers vruchtensap. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Zeer fijne kamer. Uitstekende en behulpzaam personeel. Heerlijke thee en koffie! Gehorig en slecht wifi ontvangst op 2e etage.

The hotel is ideally situated to explore Bruges and the care taken on furnishings and decor makes it a pleasure to return to after a day's exploring. The staff were friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were excellent and starting the day with a glass of champagne (sometimes referred to as 'special' juice) was a real treat.

Staff were excellent and the interior lovely. If you want to park nearby the underground carpark is a much cheaper option than street parking. If you want to be in the centre of the city it is also a hotel that should be near the top of your list. As so often it seems in this part of the world a double bed is made up of two singles pushed together.......? Don't let this put you off.

Location was brilliant, staff and service were great, felt very looked after. Only thing I could suggest on improvement was the towels, could be bigger and more luxurious.

Atmosphere, friendly attentive staff, comfortable sitting room and lovely small suite. Great location and garaging for the car. Everything very good. Liked it all really. Lift may be a bit small when the hotel is busy but a great place very well run.

The staff was very friendly and polite. The interior of the lobby and the rooms were very well designed in a traditional way I suppose which we very liked and felt comfortable in!

Perfect location Friendly and attentive staff, polite and very helpful The view from the bedroom was wonderful Lovely breakfast, very high quality I liked the design of the bedroom. The bed in room 402 was uncomfortable and the mattress badly needs replacing, it had a negative impact on our stay as we didn't sleep very well. The sheets and pillows didn't smell or feel very clean. There were not enough toiletries in the bathroom and I had to call for more. All things considered I think the rate at EUR 550 for two nights was expensive. I would recommend the hotel to others, but with some reservations.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and the rooms extremely well outfitted.. The breakfast room was lovely and the service from Ignace and Sandra superb. Well worth the extra cost to start your day with a proper breakfast. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. The city of Bruges is a special spot and well worth a visit. The Pand Hotel is ideally located - well within all the major sights, shopping and restaurants.

The hotel was perfectly situated in a quiet street but only 5 minutes from the square. The staff were very helpful & friendly. Evening dinner is not served but the staff phoned and booked a table at the 'Assiette Blanche'. Not the cheapest but one of the best dinners we have eaten. Being warm we were able to eat breakfast outside in the courtyard, a lovely setting and a wonderful breakfast. We were able to leave our car the next day while we walked around the city, and went on the walking tour organised by the hotel, this was well worth it. A really great stay. The only downside, was no coffee or tea facilities in the room, but one could order them from reception.

Beautiful hotel, well-designed rooms with great interior design, very convenient location - very close to all the well-known areas in Bruges, convenient for shopping and the staff was extremely helpful. Great breakfast, taken in a lovely court yard in our case due to the fantastic weather. We will certainly stay there again. Nothing that we did not like!
