Your food is outstanding and the staff are very friendly.

I think you should freshen the decor - especially the corridor to the rooms - the carpet, for instance.

Staff were very good rooms were clean and tidy we stayed in the suite was very spacious

We were there because my daughter was having surgery at a clinic down the road so the location for us was perfect but the hotel was down a long road and although we didn't venture out too far there didn't seem to be much going on?

The decor is a bit questionable The location is pleasant but not generally convenient unless you have business nearby or are visiting the nearby clinic - in which case the hotel is ideal.

The staff were very helpfull and kind. Nothing was to much for them, I used the hotel as I had plastic surgery locally to the Hotel, the staff from the hotel took us to the clinic on both visits which I consider to be above what was expected. We ate there for the duration of our stay and the food was good. Many thanks to the staff at the Panorama Hotel Mrs Jackie Taylor

It's proximity to the motorway means that you have to accept some noise.

i found the panorama a lovly hotel, the staff were excelllent very accomadating, food was really nice in the hotel i enjoyed every meal and the breakfast was a large selection buffet :) i stayed there as i was having surgery and the hotel were so nice, they gave me extra pillows for comfort and did everything we needed promtly, no complanits would recommend the hotel, altoough its in a town where i dont think the is much of a nightlife but we didnt venture out jus stayed there for our 3 days :)

因為離市區真的太〜遠 公車站下來需走上15〜20分 地板稍嫌老舊走路都會有聲音 公用廁所煙味很重！

Les chambres sont spacieuses, le balcon serait plus appreciable si il n y avait pas l autoroute a cote

Decoration des couloirs et des salles de bains un peu vieillissante, tres mal indiqué, accès difficile avec les travaux

het ontbijt; er is mij geen koffie of thee aangeboden, er was helemaal geen personeel aanwezig; hoewel het slechts 9u was (ontbijt was tot 10u) het buffet was omzeggens 'leeg' ; geen roerei meer , geen tomaten meer , enz ...

La resto chère qualité/prix, mauvaise isolation, franchement je déconseille car j'ai mal dormi avec les bruits d'écoulements des eaux, des toilettes et des bruits de pas des personnes au-dessus. Il y a franchement plus tranquille dans les 20 km à prix égale. Mieux vaut donner 10 € en + et être tranquille que de repartir plus fatigué qu'en arrivant.

La chambre était magnifiquement décorée (hors Salle de bains), le restaurant également, dans un cadre très joli (au milieu de grands arbres) et sous la neige. Service convivial, personnel très agréable.

Un petit ronron incessant dans la chambre (autoroute? Ventilation?) le double vitrage manque un peu. La salle de bains est décevante avec une chambre aussi jolie et spacieuse.

La situation, le grand parc, la propreté des lieux et de la literie, l'accueil, l'excellent petit déjeuner.

Deux bémols: le bruit de l'autoroute (un double ou triple vitrage serait indispensable) et la forte limitation des chaines télévisées francophones.

La chambre rénovée, beau parquet, propre. Le respect du style rustique du batiment ancien

Le bruit du chauffage toutes les deux heures. Dommage, sinon le séjour aurait été très bien.

Situation géographique

Sentait le moisi et le chauffage était insuffisant le matin le personnel n'était pas très aimable

La situation de l'hotel dans un parc ,rassurant pour garer la voiture. Le confort de la chambre par rapport au prix demandé. Le calme la nuit alotrs que l'hotel est pas trés loin de l'autoroute Namur Bruxelles. Le buffet du petit dejeuner trés diversifié.

Ruime kamers, vriendelijk personeel en lekker ontbijt.

Er hing geen douchegordijn aan het bad. Niet handig als je je haar moet wassen. Heel de badkamer stond onder water. De lakens waren gescheurd.

Het ontbijt en de service er bij. Het bed was lekker groot en de matras prima..

Een kale ongezellige kamer. De receptie rook muf. Ded badkamer verouderd. Weinig ventalatie. Was wel schoon.
