Park Inn Antwerpen

Room was very large (we did receive a free upgrade to a business room as the hotel was fully booked) and clean. The Nespresso coffee machines in the rooms were a nice touch. The reception staff was very welcoming upon arrival.

Pretty good location, friendly staff and nice breakfast

Good value for money, very conveniently located close to Antwerp Central train station, good breakfast, helpful staff, room small but adequate for short stay.

Window was fitted with a curtain made of a mesh-like material. It was not dense enough to stop light entering into the room and the square was clearly visible through it (not a problem in itself as I was on the sixth floor). Light coming into the room could make it difficult to sleep, especially in summer when the sun rises much earlier. Also, given the size of the room it probably better to have a different design of chair at the desk, one whose base took up less space, but this is really a very minor issue.

Great hotel, great staff, location, very clean. Breakfest was best I had in Europe. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Bed super cozy and comfortable!

Desk chair designed flawed, spindly legs, stuck out, hit my toes on it, 2 times. Not able to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room due to no equipment.

Proximity to the city centre and train station was very convenient

Breakfast at EUR 16 per Person seems very expensive.

The staff were very friendly and made sure you were comfortable. The rooms were efficient, clean, and modern. It was a perfect location and price, and we basically walked everywhere from the Park Inn. It is literally across the street from the Centraal train station. Breakfast was included and very extensive (continental and hot entrees). You also had a Nespresso machine in the room for your first cup in the morning. A nice touch.

Central location

The staff was awesome, both checking in and out. The breakfast was busy but well stocked and great food! The room looked out over the square in the center next to the central train station. perfect location. the room was super-clean and had everything we wanted. a safe, a nespresso machine, huge LCD tv, huge bed with fluffy white down comforter, ironing board, hair dryer. everything was great. and very quiet.
