The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Convenient for station and opera house. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Comfortable room.

Arrived at 12.30 but had to wait till 15.00 for room to be ready. Unable to make coffee machine in bedroom work.

I liked the design of my room. They did try to compensate by way of an up grading for the fact that all the things I ask for on my booking they where not able to deliver.

I was on a business trip where everything was just going fast. I explained to the front desk the position of me and my travelling companion and they made me a promise which they failed to keep this made my stay feel uncomfortable. The bathroom floor needs attention.

Nice hotel with good price/quality ratio. Clean room and bathroom (important). Nice extra's such as: - Access to swimming pool (50m) - Free wifi - nespresso coffeemachine in room (ours was broken but still nice) We had a great time

We didnot partake but I guess €16 for breakfast is a bit much

For the price, it was a comfortable, clean hotel. Perfect for a quick one night stay in Antwerp. Conveniently located just outside the beautiful train station facing a square.

The only down-side was the room had a strange smell.

It's got all you need, with excellent value for money.

Neighbors room doors slamming at early morning woke me up. Very annoying! It should be easy to set-up in a better manner.

Great central location, stylish rooms and helpful staff.

My room was at the back of hotel and although it was nice and quiet, the downside was that it was very dark - the window looked directly onto a brick wall! Also, for the shower, you need to adjust two taps and so it is difficult to get temp right - a mixer bar would be much better.

Right next to the railway station.

No restaurant Contemporary designed rooms dating already! Tv reception poor Parking and getting to the hotel by car can be difficult

We were impressed with the friendly and efficient welcome by the two male multilingual receptionists. They were very approachable and happy to answer any questions. The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of the most popular sites, and right next to public transport should you wish to go further afield.

The location of this hotel is excellent, close to the Сentral Ыtation, which is itself a very interesting sightseen. Plus, there is a tourist information center, a supermarket Spar, and a Metro station in the Central station. But it is better to walk down the street Meir to the historical center. I was lucky enough that room 28 had a view of the square in front of the station. Very nice view. On the other side of the square is an Airport Express bus stops. Pleasantly surprised by the presence of coffee machine, mini kettle. Bathroom design, and a whole number were good. Wi-Fi, air conditioning worked well. And a bed was comfortable. Staff at the reception were very helpful and nice, speaks good English.

Breakfast was good enough, but a little overpriced. The cleaners were noisy.

This hotel is very close to the Antwerpen Railway Station. It's convinent. The room is very tidy and clean. It's wenderful.

The location and value for money are great. Unfortunately we missed breakfast so can't comment on food, but it was included in the price. It is a decent hotel if you travel on a budget and want convenience of the location near the train station and the city centre.

We booked a double bedroom and were given a twin bedroom with practically no window, which was very disappointing. The staff could have done more to assist when asked to change the room. Since we only stayed for one night it was fine altogether, but otherwise it would have been an issue. The design of the hotel and the rooms is a bit on a cold side, but otherwise clean and neat.
