Staff were exceedingly friendly, the hotel was clean and modern in appearance. The room was a good value for the money and the perfect location of the hotel adjacent to Centraal station was very undervalued.

Only that there is no restaurant / bar onsite, which is not too big of a deal since their partnership with the Radisson (less than a block away) proved helpful.

The staff were really helpful, the rooms were cosy but modern and comfy. Excellent shower and great breakfast buffet. Located right next to Antwerp central. We were also told that you can use the sports facilities at the Radisson hotel next door free of charge which would have been good to know.

Excellent location few steps away from the train station and theater. Tea/coffee maker. Very Helpful staff. Free wireless internet.

The only inconvenience was the heating in the room that was not working properly the first night but staff followed up on this matter and the problem was fixed and we enjoyed the rest of the stay.

We arrived early in the morning just to leave our bags, but they let us check in and upgraded us to a business room. It was one of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Unusual for Europe, there were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, plus a reasonably priced mini-bar. Beds were comfortable. Internet worked well. Both bathtub and shower. Very nice hotel, steps from the train station.

Again, like everywhere in Europe, from what we saw, the breakfast is too expensive for what you get. We picked up croissants at the market across the square and ate them with our room coffee. No real problem at all.

Perfect location. Modern facilities. Big rooms. Nice breakfast area with a fire place and a breakfast by itself.

Good atmosphere and good staff. I could stay very comfortably except below.

The room was very small and bath room has no bathtub. Small bath room made me injured by the door knob.

Room was very large (we did receive a free upgrade to a business room as the hotel was fully booked) and clean. The Nespresso coffee machines in the rooms were a nice touch. The reception staff was very welcoming upon arrival.

Good value for money, very conveniently located close to Antwerp Central train station, good breakfast, helpful staff, room small but adequate for short stay.

Window was fitted with a curtain made of a mesh-like material. It was not dense enough to stop light entering into the room and the square was clearly visible through it (not a problem in itself as I was on the sixth floor). Light coming into the room could make it difficult to sleep, especially in summer when the sun rises much earlier. Also, given the size of the room it probably better to have a different design of chair at the desk, one whose base took up less space, but this is really a very minor issue.
