It's location close to the city centre. The bed was very comfortable (very large as well) we had a good night's sleep, as we had a room at the back, you didn't hear a single noise from the street. The space at the breakfast buffet was very limited, which means that you could hardly move around, as it was crowded that morning. The taps in the shower were difficult to mix, or the water was burning hot, or nearly cold... hard to get a normal warm temperature. Moreover, the taps were installed the wrong way round !

Quite cheap and close to the Central station, and not particularly far (20min walk) to the centre of town. Room was fine, staff were pleasant and helpful with information. (Low-speed) Internet worked decently. The first room we were put in had a quite obvious mouldy patch in the ceiling, from which water was slowly dripping. When we asked for a room change, we were told, "Oh, we thought that was fixed." Well, no, the entire ceiling needs to be removed and rebuilt. They were accommodating in moving us, however. Breakfast was pricey (€15 each), so we didn't indulge.

Location, friendly staff I was somewhat disappointed. I heard good things about the hotel, but found the room very small, cold and a horrible courtyard view. I couldn't pay for a room upgrade because the hotel was full. The walls were damaged.

Convenient for station and opera house. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Comfortable room. Arrived at 12.30 but had to wait till 15.00 for room to be ready. Unable to make coffee machine in bedroom work.

Basic but modern and elegant design. Nespresso coffee device, access to sauna/pool at Radisson Blu. Good staff. White walls should be refreshed!! Cleaning service couls definitely be improved... Dont look at details...

I liked the design of my room. They did try to compensate by way of an up grading for the fact that all the things I ask for on my booking they where not able to deliver. I was on a business trip where everything was just going fast. I explained to the front desk the position of me and my travelling companion and they made me a promise which they failed to keep this made my stay feel uncomfortable. The bathroom floor needs attention.

For the price, it was a comfortable, clean hotel. Perfect for a quick one night stay in Antwerp. Conveniently located just outside the beautiful train station facing a square. The only down-side was the room had a strange smell.

It's got all you need, with excellent value for money. Neighbors room doors slamming at early morning woke me up. Very annoying! It should be easy to set-up in a better manner.

Location close to beautiful Central station, bright clean rooms, nice vieuw over Astridplein. Cozy and warm breakfast space with fireplace. Friendly service. Breakfast items could have been refilled beter as many things were almost gone one hour before closing of the buffet.

Superb location right outside central train station; 15 minutes walk into the old town Tea and coffee was supplied which was a very pleasant surprise; but the coffee machine was broken and there is no bar at the hotel to buy a coffee

Great central location, stylish rooms and helpful staff. My room was at the back of hotel and although it was nice and quiet, the downside was that it was very dark - the window looked directly onto a brick wall! Also, for the shower, you need to adjust two taps and so it is difficult to get temp right - a mixer bar would be much better.
