The location is good

The coffee apparat didnot work. The room is borrowing. The breakfast is too exp[ensive. Tah the extra tourist tax above the room makes it too expensive.

Very kind staff. The room was small, clean. The breakfast was in very nice environment and the quality was without any doubt. Perfect location, close to the city center, location is very quiet and safe.

It is not located very far from the centre but it takes you 10 min to arrive there We were in a second floor and it hadn't an elevator

There was no elevator, so 1st and 2nd floor is a problem with suitcases.

Friendly and helpful old lady was the host, she was nice. And the terrace was beautiful, although because of the weather we didn't have a chance to have a breakfast there.

The location is not very good: it's far from the central station and rather remote from the city centre (although it's hard to define the concept of "far" in Belgium, everything is 15 minutes away. Also in the room (ground floor) you have two big windows, that's why you hear everything that happens outside and they hear you and sometimes even see you, or you need to draw the curtains and dee no light. But the worst thing was that the hotel claimed wi-fi, but there was only a wire in your room, so if you have a phone, an iPad or a netbook, you won't be able to access.

The hotel is in good location near the old town that we can reach by walking. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean, much comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is good. We liked to stay in this hotel.

No free car parking facility. No lift. We had to carry our luggages through many steep stairs.

Location: close to center but in a quiet corner. Nice kanal next to it. I also liked the garden, the room standard and interior design, the breakfast.

No wifi. The bed was a bit too hard for my taste.

Not having wifi in the room was a real problem and did restrict us quite a bit. Luckily we found free wifi in the city centre. The room was also a bit too hot and stuffy

A unique hotel built behind a large eating establishment,The rooms were fairly new and mine looked out on a canal. An enjoyable experience.

Quiet location, a clean, comfortable and well presented room, free Internet access and a good price. Close to Sint Annakerk and a short walk to Zuid Station, buses and trams but also not too far up the Brabantstraat to walk to Centrum.

I missed the breakfast but most probably my own fault because I didn't ask about it. There was a café nearby.

This is no real 4 star hotel. The restaurant is separate and not part of the hotel. The rooms and hallway were standard. Rooms reside in a separate building and are not part of the front building as displayed at the website. No 24 hours reception; it's rather a family enterprise with few rooms behind someone else's building. Service was ok, clean rooms but definitely not a 4 star hotel.

The basics are very good but the little details are less (ex. the towels are rather small and not fluffy, the finishing in the room seems to be done by a non-professional or was neglected (e.g. 2 small holes in the ceiling, a pin that was loose, the window in the bathroom wasn't clean, etc.) The rooms upstairs are not completely soundproof so you need to be lucky with your neighbours

Almost in the centre, it is on walking distance from all the nice places to visit. Good hotel to stay for one or two nights. Price quality ratio is good.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable as well as being in a pretty good location. Excellent choice for breakfast and we had a very nice friendly welcome. Would definitely stay again.
