I'm always (negatively) surprised with poor knowledge of foreign languages by Brussels hotel receptionists. How hard is to learn few words of English?

The room was very quiet, facing the garden. The breakfast room was also facing the garden, which I liked.

Spacious room and bathroom, very friendly staff, excellent Wi-Fi.

Poor light at the working table, expensive breakfast (25 €).

Executive style room was quite large and roomy. Breakfast offering was minimal, but delicious.

Wireless internet access on 5th floor was spotty to non-existent. Room was extremely hot with no ability to control the temperature.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very high standard of cleanliness. Lovely breakfast room and breakfast.

We were for the second time in this hotel.It s in the very good surrandings,very close to metro station .And very good breakfast included in the price.

Location is good near public transport, parc & and shopping street. Also hotel is quiet.

no toaster in at breakfast. Could feel springs of mattress, defo needed replacing. Must say though that some rooms were being renovated so maybe our room was on the cards too.

This is the second time we stay at this hotel. Also this time it was perfect. Spacious rooms, beautiful interior, excellent breakfast, good location close to metro stations, restaurants, park and musea. We will come back again! It's easy to park your car (at least in the week-end)

The hotel is nice, perfectly situated and close to the EU institutions. It is the right place if you need to work in your room. It is quiet and it has a good internet access.

Bed not the most comfortable but ok for a few days. Room service limited to a few hours a day and certain times only. No room service on public holidays.

Great location in nice but fairly unknown part of town. Great restaurants and shopping in the neighbourhood. Quiet hotel.

restaurant was not open for dinner, just for lunch, and 2 evenings going late to the hotel, had nowhere to eat
