Hotel exactly as described. Rooms rather hot as no AC - but warned of this by previous reviewers, so not really a problem. Free WI-FI is available, but only if you ask - otherwise a charge is made - bit cheeky. Excellent location close to Parque Cinquantenaire and Merode Metro. Rooms rather hot. Bit of a hassle getting access to the free WI-FI. |

The price/service relationship, the cleanliness. I appreciated the availability of services although I did not used them. The staff had problems with my name (put my name as surname even if I put it correctly in the reservation form), at first they did not found my reservation when I called to confirm that I will be coming late. Then the bill was printed with somebody else's' name. It was all corrected in kind way but I lost too much time. |

The location was excellent, very close to a metro line into Brussels. Plenty of local shops and a nice park on the doorstep. The room was too warm and smelt stale. |

Good hotel located close to Merode metro-station. Full englsih breakfast with good choice. Sauna clean and nice. Rooms large and with nice decorations and good facilites. Over all a very pleasant stay. Internet was not available since the PC for the guests was out of order and was not fixed during our 3 days stay. Staff could not advice us to the nearest cyber. |

Staff were very friendly, lot of parking area around hotel (pay between 9am to 6 pm), I feel area very comfort, quiet (around park) and safe, room very big if you book double bed and clean, breakfast very adequate. Free the internet ! and add more choice on breakfast . |

Quite a pleasant staying, stylish and good looking hotel. Also, the breakfast was quite rich. During the night it was quiet. Good overall impression. The extra bed for the kid wasn't quite good, there was a hole in the middle. |

Friendly staff, good located, clean, nice ambiance. Even if some issues went not perfect (see below) I can recommend this hotel, as staff were really engaged to repair it. The bed was prepared without a pillow, after claiming at the reception it was brought immediately and the staff appologises very friendly. Coffee was offered only when I had nearly finished my breakfast. It was for quiet a long time nobody of the staff in the breakfast room. |

Some staff were very friendly and helpful.The location is quite good. Breakfast acceptable. Other staff very unhelpful. No effort to correct a mistake by the hotel concerning reservation of a non-smoking room. Small room with tiny bed, bathroom at 2 star level. Very overpriced. |
