The hotel is well situated next to an attractive park and only five minutes walk from a couple of interesting musums. The female receptionists were helpful and friendly and the breakfast included both hot and cold options. The male staff at reception were not so helpful and didn't like their private conversations interrupted with questions.

Apart from its excellent location, near the park and in the proximity of both buses and metro, it is a hotel with a personality and a certain charm The standard single rooms are much too narrow, dark and basic. I can only recommend the "executive" ones, still rather small but comfortable enough. And all in all everything is much overpriced (e.g. 9 euros for a 50 ml. drink from the minibar!), even the weekend rates of the rooms.

I will begin by saying thank you for a wonderful weekend. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and decorated with a lot of good taste. The room was big and The hotel just had a special something that made you feel welcomed and as home. The location is wonderful, the park right across the street with several museums, good connections by metro to the city centre and by buss to the airport. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the area, easy access and fairly prices. I appreciated very much the possibility of the room service. We didn't used this facility for the moment, maybe at our next visit. The sauna is a plus and it is very nice to have it for a weekend relax. I also was very impressed by the good connection to internet. For sure I will come back every time I have the occasion with a lot of pleasure. Nothing really bothered me during the staying. It would have been nice to have also a room with balcony and a tea/coffe maker in the room. It was available free of charge only at the reception.

Single-bed but nice, comfortable rooms, help-full receptionist. The bath-room was a little bit cold, the ventilator continually worked.

It was very close to the European district. Worth to its money. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. My bed was wrong, I felt the bed-spring. Sometimes the hot water vanished, soon appeared. My tub was not clean when I arrived.

It was close to the office where I was working. The reception staff are very good Comfortable rooms My room was not cleaned on one of the days I was there, so I had one night in an uncleaned room. There was no apology, in fact they treated me as if it was my fault

Excellent location: the Glee Park, the Triumphal Arch, the Museum of cars, the "Red bus" stop are across the road. The room is big and comfortable, Internet in the room is excellent, good soundproofing, adjustable heating, the friendly staff. The absence of slippers, bathrobes and toothbrushes is very strange for a 4 star hotel.

Close to Metro Far from city - need to take Metro to get into the core/city centre. Not a big deal, but when on holidays it is nice to be closer to the action.

Peaceful park side location away from the city centre, but only a two minute walk to the nearest Metro station. Easy access to the hotel from the airport by train and Metro (or a direct €3 bus journey to Schuman bus stop with about a four hundred metre walk to the hotel) The hotel was excellent value for money on a special winter break price. The price included an extensive hot and cold buffet breakfast. Staff throughout the hotel were helpful and friendly. We had a great cosy and warm top floor room overlooking the park. Would highly recommend.

I loved my premier room, it was large and comfortable. I could have done with a tea/coffee maker in my room and an irning table. The breakfast was simple but ample. The street was quiet and very pleasant with the park opposite. No social point such as a cafe.

It was very convenient for public transport, local shops, restaurants, museums and also for walking in a large park. I was on the 8th floor and it was very near the air conditioning machinery (I think that was the noise that kept me awake). However, the room was very clean and private. The next time I stay there I will ask for a different room.

“Ideally situated if you want to be close to the motorway and the airport and are travelling by car. Metro station Alma at 5 minutes walk distance. The metro brings you downtown. Near Alma you will find some small restaurants, if you do not want to use the dinner in the hotel. Breakfast and room are OK.” Christ, Apeldoorn |
