Excellent location to the train station in Kortrijk, right next door... Lovely spa, room etc. The jacuzzi wasn't working and the staff were not aware of this, upon ringing it was suggested to press a button to get it started, yet later it transpired to be faulty.

The hotel was clean and well presented (despite some building maintenance) with check in/out a quick and easy process. As requested, tea making facilities were provided. The hotel's proximity to the railway station is ideal, especially if Kortrijk is an unfamiliar destination. Twin beds pushed together is not a double (which was requested). Sound-proofing isn't very good and probably wouldn't allow a good night's sleep if you are a light sleeper.

I stay here quite a lot when on business in northern Belgium. The welcome is always warm and the food is always good. The carpets in the room are some kind of plastic which can be quite uncomfortable under foot. Take some slippers!! The hotel does have some car parking of its own but its small and a bit hit and miss if you can get a space. There is a large public car park directly opposite the hotel but its quite difficult to get a place if you arrive before 1900hrs.

The lounge was very nice and the bathroom was very spacious. The breakfast was very poor and the breakfast staff was directly lazy and did'nt clean finished tables, making it difficult to find an available table.

Chambres neuves, douche spatieuse, decor resto, bon petit dej., Pres de la grande place, package nouvel an, tout le personnel tres agreable et professionnel, proprietaire Mme Veronique gentille, souriante et disponible. Bon rapport qualite-prix. Jacuzzi trop petite. Manque de plateau de courtoisie dans la chambre (le necessaire pour se preparer un the ou un caffe serait tres apprecie). Une tablette dans la douche pour placer les produits de bain. Une rampe pour les valises a l'entree.

Goede ligging, rustige slaapplaats, heerlijke sauna, bad, ochtend ontbijt en gerechten waren uitstekend. Tijdens het verblijf was er toegang tot het internet waardoor ik 's avonds nog iets kon voorbereiden.

Het geheel ziet er zeer verzorgd uit in alle ruimten. Ongezellige bar met verschrikkelijke muziek en overdreven hoge prijzen voor sommige drankjes. Beperkte kaart in het restaurant.

Centraal gelegen We verbleven niet in het hoofdgebouw, de kamers zagen er op de foto's gezelliger uit dan werkelijk was en er was veel straatlawaai 's nachts.

Ter afsluiting van mijn diner, koffie met garnituur; klein schaaltje creme brulee, daarin zat een nietje!! Heb gemeld bij de chef, kreeg de koffie gratis, slappe vertoning. 's Ochtends ontbijt; rumoerig, rommelig, en na veel vijfen en zessen kreeg ik een kannetje thee, personeel nam mij als alleenstaande vrouw, niet serieus!

De prima douche, het promo-kaftje met briefpapier, het onthaal aan de balie, het uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en het mooie design van de kamer. De bussen van de Lijn die onder mijn raam met draaiende motor stonden te wachten. Luidruchtige Britse gasten 's avonds en 's nachts in de gang.
