Amazing location. Just in front of Kortrijk hotel. Excellent breakfast, courteous staff. They even provide you a water boiler to make your tea coffee, if you have tea/cofee with you. Good food and also good hotels around (Dominos, Pizza Hut just a walk away). They have stopped offering free taxi upto 25 Kms.

The hotel was clean and well presented (despite some building maintenance) with check in/out a quick and easy process. As requested, tea making facilities were provided. The hotel's proximity to the railway station is ideal, especially if Kortrijk is an unfamiliar destination. Twin beds pushed together is not a double (which was requested). Sound-proofing isn't very good and probably wouldn't allow a good night's sleep if you are a light sleeper.

I stay here quite a lot when on business in northern Belgium. The welcome is always warm and the food is always good. The carpets in the room are some kind of plastic which can be quite uncomfortable under foot. Take some slippers!! The hotel does have some car parking of its own but its small and a bit hit and miss if you can get a space. There is a large public car park directly opposite the hotel but its quite difficult to get a place if you arrive before 1900hrs.

Personnel parlant plusieurs langue, chambre calme, bonne literie et très bon petit déjeuné. Parking privé de l’hôtel contient 5 places, tous les parking en dehors sont payant pour une durée de 2 heures maximum après il faut changer le ticket. Le cordon de la douche est trop petit si vous êtes grand, 1m80 +, il faut se plier.

Prettige ontvangst. Kamers recent gerenoveerd en smaakvol ingericht. Badkamer klein maar zeer netjes met uitstekende ruime douce. Airconditioning makkelijk te regelen en redelijk geruisloos. Ontbijt is echt top, uitgebreid en goede kwaliteit. Vanwege vrijdagavond drukte even zoeken naar parkeergarage, maar die was makkelijk te vinden (volg borden "Schouwburg) en vlakbij.
