De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de centrale ligging in Kortrijk, Het eten in het restaurant was van goede kwaliteit. De hotelkamers voor een 4 sterrenclassificatie waren wat oudbollig en aan de kleine kant. |

la restauration : petit déjeuner très complet, excellent dîner du soir; ambiance conviviale au restaurant parking public à proximité, mais payant et ... toujours complet : il faut s'armer de patience pour trouver une place, raison pour laquelle je ne choisirai plus cet hôtel lors d'une prochaine réservation. |

Positie van hotel ten opzichte van plaats perfect! Jammer dat de kamer aan de voorzijde niet voorzien was van Airco, de kamer was te warm, waardoor we de ramen open moesten en de drukte van het uitgaansleven TE aanwezig was! |
