Great & funky hotel, really nice & cool interior design, very goo food, cool soap&shampoo kit haha :) central location, friendly personnel, beautiful city-center.
Nothing - it was surprisingly perfect :). Too bad we couldn't stay longer :).
location directly in the center of Leuven friendly staff
cleaning was subpar internet speed is capped at 256 kbps and in reality it was not even that, terribly slow, I had faster internet in 1998!
Convenient and quiet.
Very slow free wifi. Unusable really.
Everything! well located, just 2 minutes from the Grote Mark but also pretty close from the train station. New hotel, cozy and comfy!
Location is good. staff is good. Excellent decor Atmosphere was great
Location exactly where you want to be in Leuven. Everything within walking distance. Car parking in basement.
Rooms are small. Bad smell in lobby.
Super clean, comfortable and appropriately large room. Location was great for reaching everything of interest by foot. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the discounted price that we got, this would be pretty hard to beat!
Nothing worthy of mentioning.
Almost all was good
There are no extra blanket in the room to cover and it was pretty cold at night
location, value/quality, staff
everythig was good, no negative side.
Relaxed feel to the hotel with access to the major sites surrounded by bars and restaurants
Reception is part of the bar area and can get a bit congested even if not that busy
Big modern room, nice bathroom, groovie toiletries, lift, underground parking, friendly receptionist, huge bed, soft towels, driving to hotel includes typing the code into bollard control tower in order to enter the pedestrian zone and drive right through pedestrian traffic-makes one feel special!
Room could do with more heating
Location is great near to everything. Staff is helpful and responsible.
Very noise during the night, because a lot of bars around. The standart room is to small for 2 adult people + 1 baby (2 years old). We changed room for bigger and paid extra 30 euro per night.
Excellent location, dashing lounge bar and well equipped gym.
Terrible smell in the room, linen full of some sort of fluff which spread all over the room.
Very nice design hotel.
You should ask for a silent room. If you have a room at the side of the hotel close to the street, it could be very noisy.
I very much liked the design of the place, and the bed was very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The wifi is excruciatlingly slow, this should be improved.
Location & Decor
Staff given dual rolls of Barman & Receptionist - therefore service can be slow
Nice room, very clean. Helpfull staff, good location.
The parking system didn't work with the access code. Breakfast was to expensive.
great location, very good breakfast
Loved the central location and the fact that the hotel seems to be just a walk from bars and restaurants with the town present ing a lovely cosmopolitan feel which most English towns of this type fail to emulate
The check in is also at the bar and whilst not presenting us with a problem would recommend getting there before the bar starts filling up as it seemed popular with the locals as well as people staying in the hotel
Very helpful and friendly reception and bar staff. Stylish interior.
I would have liked a proper wardrobe. The beds were two singles which felt a bit small, even though I was travelling alone would have liked the two beds pushed together. Smell of fancy air freshener was a bit too strong in the bar.
Hotel is very strongly perfumed which we thought was too overwelming.
The tv is big. Rooms seem new and clean. Breakfast service was very friendly.
First room (before change) was really loud from street crowds (students party on the area every night). Woke up a couple of times until 4 am. Also very cold in room esp. Bathroom without heating. All the rooms doors do not stop noises from corridor.
It’s a great hotel. Very nice and trendy internal decoration. Nicely located and also the staff is very helpful. It’s a real alternative to the Martin’s Klooster. The downside, however, is the price. I paid EUR 240 for one night.
- friendly staff - special atmosphere - room - lazy Sunday :)
- can not add anything here luckily
