Really good location for us, parallel to main shopping street and nice walk to the sights. Street not too busy either. The staff were so kind and allowed us to check in early with our baby which was a huge help. Breakfast was good too with a nice selection.

Brussels is well-known as the headquarters of many European institutions and is often called the capital of Europe. However, Belgian waffles, beer and chocolate are just a few of the city’s best-known delicacies that can rival its political reputation.
French and Dutch are city’s two official languages so all streets and landmarks have two different names: don’t be surprised when you look for Grand Place and end up on Grote Markt!
Don’t miss the famous bronze statue aptly named Manneken Pis or the futuristic Atomium, a truly unique architectural creation. Wandering through side streets to discover small bookshops, romantic cafés and ethnic restaurants reveals Brussel's charm.
Brussels is a real melting pot of Europe, filled with great museums and art from Memling, Bosch or Rubens, historic breweries and great concert halls. Shopping addicts can visit the world’s first shopping mall, the Saint Hubert Gallery, opened here in 1847.
If you’re arriving at Brussels Airport or South Charleroi Airport, all major attractions are just a short train or bus ride away. Whether you’re looking for a design hotel, a comfortable apartment or a friendly B&B, Booking.com has something perfect for your Brussels trip.
If it's your first time visiting Europe, it's ideal.
If it's your first time visiting Europe, it's ideal. However, if you've explored numerous European countries, the architecture might not offer anything particularly new. Nevertheless, the Grand Place is definitely a must-see; it's stunning both during the day and at night, along with its nearby surroundings. I'd recommend spending a day here to soak in the city center and nearby attractions, and don't forget to indulge in Belgium's famous chocolates while you're at it!
Also keep another day to go Ghent and Bruges as day trip.

I loved the food, I loved the Grand Place and walking around the tiny streets full of people, also the street music, the terraces for having and enjoying a drink were very nice. Also, we went to the planetarium, and the atomium both places were absolutely great ! The Cathedral was very beautiful too ! And dont forget to eat the famous waffles and have some Leonidas and Neuhaus chocolats !! I eat at Aux Armes du Bruxelles and that was fantastic !

I wouldn’t recommened anybody to travel to Brussels.
I wouldn’t recommened anybody to travel to Brussels. It is very dirty, trash all around the streets, and there are sketchy people. I was afraid even at daytime. The city center itself was okay (nice buildings and architecture). It is a good base to visit other cities via the good train system.

Brussels is an interesting city and has some very quirky sights. Since you are likely to pass through if using Eurostar, I'd recommend staying a couple of nights. This time we went to the Atomium which can be reached easily from Brussels Midi station on the Metro line 6.

Spent one day wandering around the sights - weather poor which didn't help - another day spent in Bruges which was tourist madness - we were leaving Sunday and I went to St Michaels Cathederal - there was Mass on and unfortunately I couldn't stay. I felt sorry to be leaving Brussels - would have loved another day. Traffic seems to be crazy but the people seem well integrated. Most people understated and not showy. There is obviously a homelessness problem like most City's - Brussels - quirky & confident but modest. Love the Art Deco buildings and lettering. Brussels is not cheap for eating and drinking but on a par with other Cities. in Europe.

An absolutely wonderful capital city.
An absolutely wonderful capital city. Beautiful architecture, people, food and clean streets. If you want to visit the over-rated France, skip that and stay in Brussels. You will still get a similar culture without the dirty streets and rude people.
The food was amazing in every restaurant and takeaway, from their iconic waffles and fries to a quick snack or meal. The metro made things so simple to move around and access each area. Though overall most things are pretty much in a central location you can easily walk to and from.
This is a lovely place, perfectly comfortable and completely unpretentious. Nothing fancy but the ethos of the Institute is not about that anyway. Simple rooms over a garden of trees out the window. It's quiet and restful, and if you are happy to walk it isn't far from Brussels Centraal and so the museums, Grand Place, etc. (If not, there is a bus stop around the corner and Madou metro station up the street). It was a third cheaper than the best of the cheaper hotels I could find for the same dates. I would stay there again.
The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was big and very clean, which I appreciate in any hotel. The location is good too, close to the EU offices (with museums and exhibits) and the main bus line which takes you straight into the city center - perfect for a tourist. And the prices was very good compared to other Brussels hotels. The room had a nice smart TV for watching YouTube and a good Wi-Fi connection. Came with a water heater and tea as well. The beds were crazy comfy and the heating was good too.
The hotel is on a family owned nice 4-story building. The rooms are nicely decorated. The owner Sebastian was super nice. He prepared cold water in fridge for all and served breakfast. He would even take order for breakfast, like eggs, freshly made orange or apple juices. The train we were on to Brussels was late. I even got a WhatsApp phone call from him to check on us. The hotel location is perfect. Walking distance to the grand place and metro. Numerous restaurants nearly. The stay couldn’t be any better.
Close to metro station and railway, also the bus stop for the airport buses (1-2 min away). City center is 3 metro stops away. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable. There is a lobby bar at the reception if you need to wait for your room to be prepared. Also locker room available (1.5 euro/h or 7 euro for 24h). Breakfast is standard and it's good. The stuff is kind and helpful. Would visit again this hotel next time I'm in Brussels.
The hotel is located 10-15min walk to the city center, to the Brussels Midi Station, also there are many stores around. The room and the bathroom were big and clean. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. The staff is great and really helpful. The breakfast was delicious!! There isn't AC but there is an electric fan that really did the job.
We are really pleased with our stay at Hotel Van Belle
Brand new hotel in the center of Brussels. Rooms are newly renovated, everything inside is new and high quality. I also liked the style of the room, looks very modern. We were in a room with a queen bed and two single beds.
The breakfast was great as well. Sweet and salty options are available, so anyone can find the food he like. They also server freshly baked pastry, like croissants.
City center walking distance to various tourist attractions. Polite and professional staff, clean and tidy double-bed room, and spacious leisure area for tourists to relax and take rest. A wide range of restaurants and supermarkets near around the hotel. Also, the paid laundry room for backpackers, A reasonable price for the Aparthotel in Brussels city center.
The President Brussels Hotel is situated close to the North Station and cca. 15 minute walk from city center of Brussels. The room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast is fair. Fitness room is in the building. Fridge and water heater are in the room. The staff is friendly and professional. The price is acceptable considering the neighboring hotels.
This hotel ranks amongst one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. The true definition of professional staff, comfortable rooms, and an extremely ideal location. Centered near the Grand Place and Bruxelles Central, there is no better location in my opinion. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Brussels.
Excellent location across the street from the St Michael and St Gudula Cathedral, Brussels, close to the Grand Place. Walking distance from the Royal Palace.
The hotel itself is gorgeous, it decorative.
Complementary drinks and mini waffles.
Perfect location right smack in the middle of everything. The hotel is a very short walk to Grand Place, the Royal Gallery of Saint Hubert and the Brussels Central Station.
Wonderful check-in experience courtesy of front desk staff Rosa.
It's well located vs the city center and it's cheap. We also got the room with a big rooftop terace which was a surprizing bonus for us. The hotel has a special character, it was quite an authentic experience to stay there.
Nice hotel close to the north station of Brussels, but also close to other places. It was easy to get to the city center. Breakfeast was good: partially western and partially Japanese, but you could pick what you wanted.
The Amigo is the perfect place to stay in Brussels. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and the hotel is beautifully maintained. The hotel is located just a very short distance from the Grand Place.
Amazing boutique hotel very close to the main attractions in Brussels city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee station on the first floor was a very great touch.
Very good place to visit Brussels - close to train station and close to city center, walking distance to most of the attractions. Subway station next to the hotel
Central location of the hotel, easy access to shops, restaurants and the airport via public transport or taxi. Good value for money in the center of Brussels.
