Free internet. Bathroom with window to back. Tram stop near and bus stop outside hotel. Was hot and humid and no air con, but not a problemfor most of the year. |

Hotel staff was very kind and helpful when needed. Room itself was very nicely cleaned every day. Breakfast was good, reasonable basic choice and good coffee machine. I liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Walls desperately needed repainting. Bathroom was quite small. |

The warmth of the personnel (reception, cleaning lady... - everybody); client-oriented: I arrived at 9:30 and could check in within 15 min.; I coud leave at 12:00 (normal check out at 11:00). Breakfast very good for a three star hotel. Very clean room. Location in town pretty central. |

Excellent location for the purpose of my stay at Brussels - easy to find and to travel to and from the hotel. There was a nice breakfast in the morning. Overall, very good quality at a decent price. |

This was a value for money hotel and ideal for a business trip. There were no frills but the price was good. There is a window in the bathroom which is seen from the stairwell. It was covered by a transluscent cover so only light could get in, but it made me feel uncomfortable. |
