Nice personnel, adequate breakfast, clean and tidy. good value for money.

The promised wi-fi did not work. The receptionist offered kind but inefficient help. Sadi that problems had occurred also before with pads (?).

The rooms were clean and adequate for my stay which was for businerss purposes. I only used the room for sleeping! The free wifi was also very useful for keeping in touch. Was disappointed there were no small shampoo or body wash bottles provided. There were large containers on the walls but I prefer the bottles [only a small gripe]. There are lots of restaurants close by.-

For anyone working in the vicinity, as I was, this hotel is perfectly located. It offers unlimited free wifi. It is on a main road, near a busy square, but it is remarkably quiet inside. There is a direct bus to the centre and to the Central Station. The breakfast is adequate. Good price for Brussels.

It's central, small, and quiet and provides an iron and ironing board in the room, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. Rooms are not too small, beds are comfortable.

No toilet-roll holder in bathroom, nor anywhere to hang one's clothes (also in bathroom). It's a bit old-fashioned - still uses keys rather than key-cards, and these have to be left at reception when you leave the premises.

When I stayed for the second time, I liked garden-facing room, large bed, and a little balcony.

When I stayed for the first time, I hated noisy street-facing room and two beds in a single room.

Clean, comfortable and good facilities for work and rest. Breakfast and internet included saved money and unnecessary inconvenience. Good public transport access. Good value,

Not complain, but recommendation have a possibility to drink something in the hotel (bar). the receptionist could do that. It has been done on other places

The staff is really very kindly and friendly, rooms are nice and confortables, breakfast is spectacular, great location and easy to arrive.

I don't like the internet speed it was so so slow.

The staff were among the friendliest that I have encountered in Brussels.

Lack of parking places. There was impossible to find it even in 30 minutes of driving around the hotel! The payable parking was also full. Moreover: when I parked my car on the street in a front of entrance to the hotel (but excatly not central) the receptionist told me to move the car to another place (that was impossible to find!!) if I'm not going to leave the hotel before 7 a.m. As I planned to leave abt. 9 a.m. I moved my care from the hotel. When I was back I saw another car (Skoda on Belgian reg. plate) This car still has parked when I leaved the hotel abt. 9:30 !! This is open discrimination and I will for sure never come to this hatel again.
