Room decor was smart and business like. Good amount of space and computer connection by supplied cable worked well (didn't need to try the WiFi). Breakfast was good. Not so much a complaint as an observation. This is a 3-Star Hotel that has been dressed up (well done too) to look like a 4-Star. The bathrooms are still rather 3-star. Small lobby and small simple elevator. The airport bus stop is a real walk away. I rode the tram for the one stop up to the bus stop. By the way, there are three locations all around that very complex intersection, and the airport bus stop is across two streets, past the underpass at Diamant. There are trams nearby at Meiser, and you can get to the more interesting places on foot (after a while). The group in the breakfast room were about half tourists, and half business people and/or bureaucrats from around Europe going to spend the day in Bureaucrat Land over at some EU office. In short, the style and price of this hotel have been affected by this traffic with the ever growing Bureaucracy.

It's central, small, and quiet and provides an iron and ironing board in the room, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. Rooms are not too small, beds are comfortable. No toilet-roll holder in bathroom, nor anywhere to hang one's clothes (also in bathroom). It's a bit old-fashioned - still uses keys rather than key-cards, and these have to be left at reception when you leave the premises.

The location The sound proofing of the windows is not that good, therefore it gets pretty noisy during the night. Not very good value for money considering bathrooms need a total refurbishment and there is no proper flooring under the fitted carpets.

Some staff is good in hotel. And location is not bad. You could go to city centre by 63 bus you don't tranfer anymore, around 25 min. I booked double room but I think I just got a singal room that is so small. The breakfast not good, the quantity supplied are not enough and is also less variety.

Location The value for money is very poor. The room was old and wasn't properly cleaned (it smelled like an ashtray). Breakfast quality was also quite poor.

When I stayed for the second time, I liked garden-facing room, large bed, and a little balcony. When I stayed for the first time, I hated noisy street-facing room and two beds in a single room.

It is a nice hotel, the quality - price rapport is good, especially for the week-ends. It is warm and cosy. The breakfast is also ok. The connections to the airport or Grand Place are very good and the area is a safe one. It is so good that you have a tea and a coffee in the room, but you forgot to put a plastic palette besides

Room did everything it needed to. Functional and honest hotel. Everything about breakfast , except the service , was very basic: space was too small and whole experience was lacking.
