I normally stay in the Crowne Plaza nearby , but decided to try the Ramada Plaza based on price . I was glad I did as this hotel is a real gem . I was given one of the refurbished rooms which are fantastic . The decor is lovely , the bed is fantastic but what I really liked was the size of the room , they are larger than what you would normally get in a city hotel . I used the nearby tram to travel into the city centre . The breakfast was good and overall this is great value ,4 star business hotel . I will be back .

Good sized room with comfortabel beds, lcd tv and bathroom with toiletries. Tram 2 and 6 are just around the corner to take you to the centre of Antwerp. Could use a new shower curtain. Otherwise none.

The room was big and clean. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Fitness room was not very big but ok. The only inconvenience is that it is a bit away from the center. But otherwise I would choose it again.

Polite and helpfull hotel staff, spacious rooms and an impressive breakfast. Bit hard to find nowadays with new building activities just in front of the building's entrance, but that issue will solve in time.

Hotel was very good. Only downside and perhaps the reason why it was so cheap, was that in front of the hotel is a big construction area, where a new hotel is build. For us it was not a problem, but it didn't look very representative.

Not much, the view from the breakfast restaurant into the park. Where to start? The dirty and smelly elevator from parking to reception area. The extremely pour fitness area with old machines, no water tap and no fresh air. The executive Lounge on the 8th floor where I stayed and paid for was not open. The executive room for which you pay more is the same as other rooms on lower floors. The air circulation is making a lot of noise and does not bring enough fresh air inside and windows can not be opened. The staff in the breakfast area is talking with each other and not cleaning the tables from guests who finished breakfast and left the restaurant. I stay about 1 to 2 days every week in a hotel in Antwerp and this was my first and last time to the Ramada.

The Ramada Plaza was a very clean and modern hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I thourght the safe secure underground parking was excellent. I would definatly stay here again if I was in Antwerp. Thanks The only negative thing I could think of is the building work going on out the front of the hotel on another building, but I'm sure this is a short term project.

The price was reasonable as we were meeting friends after 20 years ,who live in Antwerp, The room was very nice and roomy and the staff polite and helpfull There was no safe in the room, but should have been. The card to enter the room kept failing, so had to go to reception to alter it. There was not enough tea and coffee supplied in the room each day and could not find reception number in the information book.

Although the room is very nice and clean, the bathrooms' conditions don't quite measure in terms of price/quality. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

ok hotel. Breakfast is good! Service is friendly. Rooms are ok, same as all other is this category. we got a corner room which is slightly bigger and has a nicer lay-out so that was great! Great hotel for a city trip! Or for business. It is typically a business hotel with cheaper rates on the weekend! No complaints ! During check-in, we were not asked if we wanted a non-smoking room or not, and we specifically asked for a room with a view on the city but instead we got a room with view on an apartment block! They could pay a bit more attention !

The location was right near a tram stop, which made traveling down to the historical area easy. Directions were written down in the hotel information booklet, which made it even easier. The hotel says it has air conditioning, however it was not working in our room. We told the front desk this, and they sent someone up to check. The person basically told us they couldn't make our room any colder... And did nothing about it. Our room was quite stuffy - the hallway was much cooler than our room. The add says free WiFi but there is no free internet. The bathroom was not clean - dust on the floor, mildew on the tile of the shower. The entire room needs to be renovated/updated. However, we booked the room off a flash deal, and it was hard to beat the price and location.
