The tastefully decorated and spacious guest rooms offer a soothing and peaceful environment for your stay. Wake up with a delightful breakfast and get your car from the hotel’s underground parking to make use of the excellent transport links via the main motorways.

With a tram stop just outside the door, you can easily reach the trendy Zuid district in only 5 minutes or take a 10-minute ride to the historical heart of the city. Weather permitting, the hotel’s terrace offers a wonderful place to sip a drink and admire the garden.

Taste carefully prepared cuisine in Hugo’s Restaurant and enjoy the beautiful view of Hertoghe Park. You can work out in the fitness room and relax in the sauna for free. The Gozo bar provides a nice setting for trying a typical Belgian beer.

Area information

Local attractions include:

- The Steen castle: Situated right at the entrance of the city centre, it was probably built in the 13th century and is therefore considered as one of the oldest buildings in Antwerp. The castle has endured numerous renovations and was utilized first as a fort, then as prison and afterwards as an Archeological Museum. The National Navigation Museum has been housed here since 1952.

- Antwerp Cathedral: Built on the foundations of a Romanesque church, it is considered to be one of the most beautiful Gothic buildings in Europe. It is also one of the highest buildings in Antwerp.

- Open-Air Statuary Museum: Consisting of a 4km park that is littered with over 300 sculptures, created by artists such as Emile-Antoine Bourdelle, Auguste Rodin, Aristide Maillol, Ossip Zadkine and Giacomo Manzu.

The hotel is 10 minutes from the city centre with it's numerous restaurants, bars and museums, 7 minutes away from the central station and just 50 metres away from a tram stop.

food was over priced, and as this is not a city centre hotel, paying extra for parking is not acceptable

Excellent beds, really nice room. Great breakfast buffet. Really nice look to the place.

The light in the anteroom flickered when switched off, we were disturbed a few times during out nights, yet this can happen due to other guests ordering stuff to the wrong room. Staff was very apologetic. Note that the rate does not include breakfast (21 euro pp) nor parking (10 euro).

Nice clean hotel.Buffet breakfast was good value for money.

Hotel was a little way out of main city centre. If walking it took approx 1 hour however public tram was very close by and took you directly to city centre in about 15 minutes

the breakfast, frieindly staffs, gym and the sauna

unable to use the internet because we do not have laptop and the price for the internet was unbelievable 5 Euro for half an hour i think is a bump,especially when is 5 of us.

This is a quality 4 start restaurant. New facilities, Internet is
affordable (10 eur) and the staff is very professional. One of the best
all around in Antwerp for all types of visitors. Our of the center, but
good value and easily reachable by tram

I liked the bed and the TV. It was soo comfortable and entertaining.

Not really. Only the "down: button of the elevator did not work...
