Location is relatively convenient if you do not want to go into the center of town. Hotel is in dire need of an update, restaurant is pretty mediocre and considering that the hotel isn't in the center, there isn't much choice. Overall, a rather depressing place. |

The hotel was close to a tram station (lines 2 and 6); it was very modern and classy. We received a welcome drink at the bar. The bathroom had a nice bath tub with detachable shower. It was all very clean. There were ironing facilities in the room. The interactive TV offered all sort of entertainment (which we didn't use as we were mostly ouside). They were environmentally and socially aware (choice to replace or not the towels, money collection for childern, minibar filled only upon request). Breakfast was good. The room was not too big, though for the price (113€ for two nights for two people) it was more than enough. There were few light sources, but still, it was a bit dark. At the reception thay didn't know much about night bus lines. |

Location suited my requirements , Iron + ironing board and Coffee Tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast choice were very good and staff very helpful Wifi whilst free was very poor signal strength in the room (321) and you had to go in the corridor by the lift or download / work on mails in the reception / bar area. |

The breakfast is very good and it is close to public transportation. The hotel has underground parking and wireless internet which is good when traveling on business. The evening front desk staff is very nice. I did not like that fact that the morning staff was not very nice at all. A relatively sarcastic crew that feed off of each other. Not very comforting for visiting their country for the first time. I also did not like the fact that our room was filthy on arrival. There were boogers stuck to the shower wall and the carpet had not been vaccumed and was full of debris. Also no cleaning service was provided on one of the days that we were there. On the second day they came to clean the room at 5:00PM even though we had complained about the state of the room. |
