Always a good reception by staff , friendly , helpfull and always smiling . breakfast aways a good choice hot and cold , rooms very clean and comfortable .Our first visit was with friends a few years ago and now have been a few times , last on our own with other friends who was also impressed . going to belgium go to the plaza boutique hotel, you won,t regret it

Employes where very helpfuel. and reacted immediately to the request concerning the room wishes. With the Tram your are in a couple of stations in the city. Surrounding Location isn't interesting at all. Fotos of the room in the internet where more sparkling then this furniture and brownish colors in this room. The bed where very soft. Even we had a quite room en it was mostly quite you hear the activities in the floor.

We had nice big room with lots of cabinet space. It was a pity that the weather was not so good, otherwise we could have sat on the spacious balcony. The corner bathtub was relaxing, although for a quick shower not really handy. The abundant breakfast made us come back for more and everything was as tasty as it looked. The hotel looks very clean and the staff was very helpfull and friendly. There are not so many restaurants in the vicinity. Parking space is limited and as our car is 1.90 m high it did not fit in the parking garage.

Excellent service, manager Jef was very friendly and made us feel at home right away! We used roomservice for the breakfast , very quick service. I can recommend this hotel for sure, i is maybe not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

I liked everything there the rooms are well equiped, but lack tea/coffe/kettle rooms are huuuuuge!! Though, its not cheap...! Price is a bit too high for an "older", and non-chain hotel no points awarded for stays there etc...

Our room with balcony was perfect since we were travelling with our dog. That he was allowed is an absolute plus! Space of the room was good and the beds were comfortable. Even though our room was next to the elevator, the isolation in the room was really good as we couldn't hear the elevator running. Location was not that close to the wellknown shopping street 'Meir'. We crossed the city park which was a bit faster (nice park though). Roomservice was poor (very limited choice of snacks) and the mini bar is expensive (but what else is new?)

Als frequente wereld-reiziger en dus hotel'kenner' valt de vriendelijkheid van het personeel mij zeker op. Ik onthou ook het verzorgde ontbijt en de redelijk centrale ligging met tramhalte net naast het hotel :-) zodat je snel overal bent in deze superhippe stad. Een aanrader zeker!

Kamers zijn zeer groot, het ontbijtbuffet was zeer uitgebreid en lekker en de service uitstekend. 1 nacht is te kort om van de volledige service te genieten. een aanrader !

Drie zussen hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad. Vriendelijk personeel bij receptie en ontbijt, ruime schone kamer, goede bedden, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Bushalte om de hoek. Gewoon een goed hotel op een kwartiertje lopen van het prachtige centrum.

Goed bereikbaar, voor een paar euro kun je de auto het hele weekend voor de deur parkeren. Mooie grote kamer met twee extra bedden voor de kinderen. Op loopafstand van het centrum via het mooie stadspark. Prima ontbijtbuffet. Aardig personeel. Goede bedden. Rustig gelegen. Vreemde prijzen. 89 euro voor de kamer bij 2 persoonsgebruik en dan 64 euro er bij voor de bedden van de kinderen. Totaalprijs klopt dan wel weer voor de grootte van de kamer. Ontbijtbuffet is goed, maar 16 euro pp is aan de prijzige kant. Kinderen betaalden 9 euro.

zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen, grote kamer, proper, lekker ontbijt, alles was prima verzorgd in het Plaza Hotel. Centrum gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar, tramhalte op de hoek. We hebben een fantastisch weekend in Antwerpen gehad

Professioneel, hulpvaardig en vriendelijk personeel, ruime en heel propere kamer. Met de tram net om de hoek ben je zo in het centrum, een echte aanrader. Een hotel met net dat tikkeltje extra.

Prima onthaal, héél vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, ruime stijlvolle kamer, algemene netheid, lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. Centraal, maar toch rustig gelegen. Bij een volgende gelegenheid kom ik zeker terug ! Aanrader !
