L'ampiezza della camera, le sale comuni, quella della prima colazione e il bar. La vicinanzadei mezzi pubblici. Parte del personale del ricevimento non parlava francese: non capiva nemmeno il numero della camera. |

Camera spaziosa e pulita degna della categoria. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il garage sottostante dal quale si può accedere direttamente alle camere. E' un po' lontano dal centro ma a soli 50 mt. dalla fermata metro. Colazione ottima servita in una piacevole sala. arredamento un po' datato e biancheria da bagno non da 4° stelle. |

The reception staff gave me a warm welcome. On my floor there was a stench of cigarette smoke. The hotel is old and in the process of a renovation. Everything is a bit dated. |

a very clean Hotel, beautiful decoration in old and modern style, very good breakfast room and breakfast. We will for sure visit this hotel again. With a short walk through a beautiful park you come to the shopping center of Antwerp. everything was perfect except the corridor in the forth level where we stayed was smelling not very pleasant (maybe needs some renovation)otherewise no complain for this hotel |

Staff was very nice and price was reasonable. No workout facilities. Internet fees are rather high. Did not like the shower in the bathroom. Did not have an enclosed shower. It was basically a modified bath. Balcony view not worth paying for. |

The room had very dirty walls, with stinks. I had to protest and to wait until changing the staff to obtain a somewhat more acceptable room. So I cancelled 3 of the 5 nights that I had forecasted to stay in this hotel, |

Excellent staff, very willing to help and extremely courtious. Rooms comfortable and no sign of ongoing renovations Bar lacked atmosphere and little in the way of food available in hotel despite lovely restaurant(used only for breakfast) and large kitchen |
