Vi bode i en svit så de är svårt att klaga då! möjligtvis på att vi inte hade morgonrockar och tofflor! Organisationen runt frukosten var kaosartad, dom skulle servera allt och de tog hela tiden slut!!! Ställ fram allt och låt folka ta juice och kaffe själva! |

The reception staff gave me a warm welcome. On my floor there was a stench of cigarette smoke. The hotel is old and in the process of a renovation. Everything is a bit dated. |

a very clean Hotel, beautiful decoration in old and modern style, very good breakfast room and breakfast. We will for sure visit this hotel again. With a short walk through a beautiful park you come to the shopping center of Antwerp. everything was perfect except the corridor in the forth level where we stayed was smelling not very pleasant (maybe needs some renovation)otherewise no complain for this hotel |

Staff was very nice and price was reasonable. No workout facilities. Internet fees are rather high. Did not like the shower in the bathroom. Did not have an enclosed shower. It was basically a modified bath. Balcony view not worth paying for. |

The room had very dirty walls, with stinks. I had to protest and to wait until changing the staff to obtain a somewhat more acceptable room. So I cancelled 3 of the 5 nights that I had forecasted to stay in this hotel, |

Excellent staff, very willing to help and extremely courtious. Rooms comfortable and no sign of ongoing renovations Bar lacked atmosphere and little in the way of food available in hotel despite lovely restaurant(used only for breakfast) and large kitchen |

We were very happy with our stay at the Plaza Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and nicely decorated and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. We were offered a room upgrade as there was a special offer on and we weren't disappointed, our room was huge and had a lovely balcony which caught the sun in the morning. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been a bonus in the rooms. |
