Location is perfect and staff at front desk (unfortunately I didn't get his name) was very friendly and helpful.
The carpet of the room is a bit smelly
We stayed for 1 night and the hotel was great, really welcoming staff and a great suite that was perfect for travelling with two children. The staff were really friendly trying to ensure we made the most of our time in Bruges
It might be good to add locks to the bathroom, the children found it amusing but us less so!
Excellent location, very good breakfast nothing to moan about at all.
View of all 3 historic towers from room. 5 minute walk to cathedral, and further 5 minutes to main square.
Parking entrance hard to locate for first-timers.
Location is excellent, close to the centre. Parking is easy in the large public underground carpark. Good breakfast sets you up for the day.
Excellent location with easy access on foot to the old town. Very friendly staff and good breakfast
Unclear that the hotel does not have it have it's own dedicated parking. It is a public underground car park which could be an issue if it is full!
Excellent location ,in a beautiful city, near all facilities.Breakfast had a wide choice of hot and cold options.Staff were lovely and helpful.
The room was very hot , but there were no instructions on how to use the temp control. No instructions on how to use the safe.No tea/coffee facilities in the room(which for a 4 star in England would be required)
Location was good, a short walk of approx 10-15 minutes away from the market square. The hotel was easy walk from the station again 10-15 brisk walk from the station, along cobbled walk way so a bit tricky with a case. Buffet breakfast was good great choice of continental food and cooked breakfast. Lots of pastries also, drinks were also good.
Room was good, clean and a triple room was very small the room was not really built for 3 adult people. Especially with 1 adult having to sleep on a put you up bed. Our only compliment was the manager of the hotel and the way she spoke to us but a part from her all other staff were very helpful and welcoming during our stay.
The welcome by the man in reception (so sorry we did not get your name) and the wonderful terrace off the room and the suite layout which was ideal for three ladies!!
Great location, within walking distance to everything. Family room was very spacious and the beds were excellent! Only wish we had more time...
Staff often missing at the reception, room too small.
This is a well-appointed hotel, but we weren't sure it was a clear ****.
When we returned at 22.15 on our final night, the Reception office was shut and the computer system was down. we needed to leave before 07.00 the next day. The duty member of staff was tremendously helpful (we want to stress) but she could not advise what was owing and the office did not open until 08.00. We did not see this problem coming, and do not think it is consonant with a claim of ****.
very good place
I have stayed in this hotel a few times. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very good.
We have to come home.
Location, friendly staff, room size, parking facility
No tea/ coffee making facilities, over priced breakfast,
great location, especially if coming by car with a giant, good value car park at the doorstep. Larger than many European rooms.
wifi was a bit weak in the room. struggled to facetime. But at least it did otherwise work and did not cost extra.
Nice reception, light and airy good sized room, two toilets.
There were no complimentary refreshments provided in room, ie water, coffee, tea...a must for distance travellers; tzand square quite unattractive with horrible funfair type development in one part out of keeping with Bruges.
This is a great hotel, in the heart of the city of Brugge. Lovely staff and would stay again and again.
Breakfast was brilliant and location excellent.
In my opinion the bathroom we had could do with a refit - just old and used .......in line with 4 Star rating !
Rooms quite noisey due to the walls being not insulation
Location!!!! Staff are nice but there is one person very special which we'd like to say a big thank you for him...Estefano you're wonderful! !! ;-)
Breakfast could be better, for example juices and breads could be better quality.
Hotel was excellent, with the staff very helpful and informative.
Every thing was very accesible
- Location is the best in town with easy access to the old part of the town and to a lot of restaurants and pubs - Staff was very friendly, and the rooms- very comfortable - excellent value for the price we have paid
Price was good. Location is a good balance for parking and city centre access. Room was perfectly adequate. Staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast excellent. Would definitely use the hotel again
Not and lot really. The hotel is situated on and market square and there are noisy music bars very nearby... These could be a problem with front facing rooms. We had fear facing rooms so this was no problem for us.
