Noisy!!! Cleaning staff banging around and vacuming from 09.00 hrs, knocking on door wanting to clean at 09.30 !! Ignore star system in Belgium They make it up.

Uitstekend, gedistingeerd onthaal. Uitgebreid gevarieerd ontbijt met glaasje champagne-heerlijk! Zeer rustige kamer gezien de ligging een absolute troef. Dichtbij strand en ander vermaak. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Rustige kamer. Vriendelijk personeel.Ontbijtbuffet is ok. Op de eerste verdieping is er een rokerslounge, waar je, als roker, rustig van een drankje kan genieten.Voor de niet-rokers is er de lobby, waar plaats is voor 3 tafeltjes. De geurhinder van de lounge was tot op de 6de verdieping ( waar onze kamer was ) waar te nemen. Dus, dit hotel is aan te bevelen voor rokers, maar niet aangenaam voor niet-rokers.

Salle du petit déjeuner chaleureuse et excellent petit déjeuner. Salle de bain spacieuse et facile d'utilisation. Joile vue sur la place extérieure. Calme assuré dans la chambre. Pourquoi diable est-il impossible d'avoir un vrai jus d'orange au petit déjeuner? C'est ainsi sur la presque totalité de la côte! Le personnel qui nous a accueilli à la réception s'est montrée très inélégante, en demandant le paiement à l'avance de la chambre. Ce que nous avons refusé, bien entendu. C'est la première fois que nous devons faire face à pareille demande. Voilà qui introduit un climat de méfiance et participe de la dtestruction de la convivialité contemporaine. A quand des restaurants qui demandent qu'on règle le repas avant de consommer?! Heureusement le lendamain matin, le couple patronal, semble-t'il, s'est montré très amical.

Service van het personeel, top! Prima kamers, uitstekend ontbijtbuffet (op zondag met champagne, luxe!), ligging perfect, bij strand, casino, winkelstraat, eetgelegenheden. Er viel niets tegen, alles naar wens!

Ruime kamer en prima badkamer. Ontbijtbuffet goed verzorgd met ruime keuze. Vanuit dit hotel zijn de winkelstraten, het strand en de bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. De tram stopt bijna voor de deur voor als je naar Knokke of Nieuwpoort wilt.
