Always a warm welcome, the location is so convenient here. High degree of comfort and cleanliness, fridge in room works well. Still no air-conditioning and tea/coffee making facilities. These would make it perfect.

Very pleasant reception staff. Good breakfasts. Location is perfect for town, sea, shopping, etc. Just opposite the coastal tram line. Parking in underground car park is very convenient. Would like to see tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Needs air-conditioning urgently.

l'accueil très chaleureux du personnel la convivialité,le service le petit déjeuner copieux avec beaucoup de choix beaucoup de bruit le soir,(pas la nuit ) des portes qui claquent,des gens qui parlent très fort...peut-être un manque d'insonorisation !

Ruime kamer en prima badkamer. Ontbijtbuffet goed verzorgd met ruime keuze. Vanuit dit hotel zijn de winkelstraten, het strand en de bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. De tram stopt bijna voor de deur voor als je naar Knokke of Nieuwpoort wilt.

Pas d'eau chaude à 9h du matin. 40 minutes d'attente pour pouvoir petit- déjeuner dans le lobby près de la porte d'entrée. Réapprovisionnement du petit déjeuner aléatoire.

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk,de ligging is uitstekend, zowel voor te winkelen, als voor zoveel andere faciliteiten . Het ontbijt was goed niet overdreven keuze,maar goed .
