Staff was super friendly. I messed up during the booking and at arrival they did their utmost to help us out. Very friendly welcome during breakfast. Perfect location next to the casino, beach, shopping streets and going out district. |

It was very convenient for us and the staff were very friendly. We had asked for a non-smoking room and at first were shown to a smoking room. We asked to change, and as a non-smoking room was available, this was allocated to us. I can't think why we weren't sent to the non-smoking room in the first place.... |

Nice and kindly staff. Perfectly situated for access to beach, restaurants and downtown. Nice bar on 1st floor. |

Only stayed 1 night but a good clean room and good facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful Would have liked more hotel car parking spaces, but managed to park outside the hotel |

Room was very good and breakfast was excellent There are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room and th bar was not open until 8.30pm. On a rainy saturday there was no way of obtaining a coffee etc during the day. |

Die zentrale Lage sowie das Buffet morgens. Die nicht im Internet angekündigten Arbeiten vor dem Hotel, durch die doch etliche Unannehmlichkeiten entstanden sind. So war es uns nicht möglich uns im gebuchten Zimmer zum Park am Tage auszuruhen. Wir konnten zwar ab dem 2. Tag ein Zimmer zur Rückseite des Hotels beziehen. Ein Preis erlass für die Unannehmichkeiten am ersten Tag wurde uns allerdings nicht gewährt. Auch war der Arbeitsmascheinenlärm am Kaffeetisch belästigend. |

De ligging vlak achter het casino en dus dichtbij t strand. Prima ontbijt met vriendelijke bediening. Bij een kamer met parkzicht (15 euro extra betalen per nacht) denk je aan rust en ruimte. Helaas is dat niet zou. Parkzicht betekent een kamer aan de straatkant. Omdat het hotel geen airco heeft, was het noodzakelijk om 's nachts de ramen open te doen omdat het zo warm was. Dat betekende ongelofelijk veel autolawaai, schreeuwende mensen op straat en herrie van een alarm van een winkel die t pas en onpas loeide. Geen rustige nachten gehad dus. |
