I liked it is located close to the railway station and to Grand Place, and at the same time not far from EU Council and other EU facilities around Schuman. The room is nice, with decent bathroom, excellent bed, modest worktable and free but relatively slow internet. Good value for that price. |

I liked the price and the staff of the hotel:) The location is so so. It is the centre but to reach the hotel at night from the centre, it is not the best experience. |

Not even 3 star. Located in a dead "business" area, surrounded by abandoned office buildings that are pitiful reminders of past glory. Location,location location!!! Also, nothing was particularly good, and the stuff,although seemingly friendly, misled us a few times, including calling a taxi 15 minutes too soon which cut time from our breakfast and assuring us that the fare could be paid by a credit card when in fact we had to come out at the terminal with our luggage and find an ATM to get the money because the driver refused to take the card. |

the location, so close to the centre, the metro, the central railway station, small room but very cosy and comfortable. And great balcony at the last floor with view all around Bruxelles. the room looked nice and comfortable and clean, until... in the bathroom there were long black hair all around on the floor, in the shower, in the sink... that quite cancelled my positive feeling for the hotel... |

Excellent location, near all attractions. Extremelly noisy, windows are not soundproof and it is situated in the main street, even rooms on the other side are noisy. |

Good sized room, good breakfast. Easy walking distance to the city centre. Had to ask for tea/coffee making tray and then given a little reluctantly even though it is advertised in the information book in the room. Expensive to put car in their car park. |

Well located (near Parc and Botanique metro stations, Grand Place). Cheap. Free wi-fi. Breakfast included. Nice staff. Several times the water stopped while taking a shower. Noise of the elevator. Breakfast buffet was small. |

Very good location with good parking spaces. Receptionist "Rimmi" is very nice and she was very kind to send me back to Malta a soft toy my son left in the room. Very efficient. Well done. |

hospitality of staffs the room was on the top floor. room was so small. fridge was not working. nasty balcony. And motor of lift was making noise late at night. |

very comfortable room staff very helpful and friendly excellent breakfast pleasant lounge where we could relax. found it very difficult to open and close wardrobe.we we were rather alarmed to hear that we were to be charged for items from mini bar which we had not taken. |

Has good location, merely 5-10 minutes walk from the city center and the central railway station. WiFi free in the room. The room smelled dusty (I'm allergic to dust mites) and was a bit noisy but not excessively so. |

Very friendly staff, great location, clean rooms; it was a very good hotel. Some guest reviews had mentioned that they had problems with regards to the buffet breakfast being re-filled and problems with leaving luggage in a luggage room at the hotel on the day of departure. We had no such problems. Breakfast (although it was the same every morning, which was grand with us) was constantly re-filled. When we checked-out there was no problem with leaving our luggage in a luggage room for a few hours. We have no complaints about the hotel. |

Everything - staff were exceptional. We also enjoyed unwinding at the bar after a long day as tourists. It's a bit far from the centre - but easy to get to via the Metro (which is exceptional!) Room service did not see our card ordering breakfast to be delivered. The breakfast room is a little squashed, and it was a bit of a scrum. However, we had a wonderful breakfast delivered to us the next morning, making up for the disappointment. |

Good rooms, nice TV channels choice. Staff very helpful.Location is Ok but not exactly central. I would not recommend it for an elder couple (the way is steepy, when coming from Grand Place). Poor breakfast and in peak hours eating room gets easily crowded and unconfortable. |

The hotel is ideally located close to the centre of Brussels, and within easy reach of everything. For further travel, the Botanique metro station is just a short walk. I loved the fact that there was free Internet access. The breakfast was great, with a wide choice of things to eat. The man at the reception was very polite, friendly and helpful. |

we found it to be a very clean,comfortable hotel ..staff were particularly friendly and helpful..coffee at b/fast was very good! poor view of a very ugly building outside ...b/fast room a bit on the small side |

The staff was very helpful in assisting me with questions about sight seeing and travel. I was able to check-in early. The hotel is located in a unique area, not in the heart of the touristy places, but close, but nothing really right near it- so at least a 10 minute walk is needed to get to get to most sights. Close to public transportation stops. |
