Very nice hotel, good staff, excellent location, excellent breakfast with good choice of food. It was a liitle bit cold in the room. The heating system is not efficient for the outside temperature -5. |

I liked very much the spontaneous kindness of the people at the front desk, and the fact that the maid was "invisible" but at the same time apparently very neat in doing her job. Difficult to find it in terms of walking from the Gare Central with the help of Google Map |

Yes I don´t like the hotels cancellation policy, as the hotel charges the full price of your intended stay as a cancellation fee. I don´t advice anyone to book at the hotel if there is the slightest possibility that he might have to cancel his stay or trip to Brussels. |

Very friendly staff and services, excellent location. Allowed me to have a breakfast at arrival day while I was waiting for checking-in. Internet access free. Breakfast tasty and varied. |

The rate that I found at Booking.com for my stay. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Wifi was good too. Room was small. WC was not very clean and needs some remodelations. Hotel is not close to the centre as it is announced, it is necessary to walk a lot, anyway walks are good for the health! |

Very good location. Nice small room which has everything you need for short stay. Nice and helpful staff. Room felt bit dusty and shady and could be maybe cleaned more carefully more often. Daily cleaning like making the bed and changing towels etc. was working just fine though. |
