Ilmainen internet-yhteys. Toimiva ilmastointi. Kylpyhuoneessa myös kylpyamme. Hotellin oma parkkihalli oli täynnä, onneksi neuvottiin läheiseen halliin jossa pysäköinti oli lisäksi halvempaa. Hotelli ei ollut ihan neljän tähden arvoinen (esim.huoneen eteisessä kokolattiamatto monesta kohtaa rikki). Ison kadun varrella ja ohut ikkuna joten liikenteen melua. |

Sijainti, sisäänkirjautumisen aikana palvelu todella ystävällistä! Aamiaisella ei riittävästi ruokaa/juomaa, henkilökuntaa olisi saanut olla enemmän, tila oli liian pieni. |

keskeinen sijaintiaamiainen hyvä vaikka hotelli oli uusittu, tunnelma oli vanhahtavahuoneet kylmiä, tv ei toiminut kunnolla ja oli vanhahuonoin room servicen taso, ruoka allle kaiken arvostelunhotelli meluisa, koska ei ääntä eristäviä ikkunoitahinta-laati suhde ei oikea, en suosittele hotellia kenellekään tutolle |

The rate that I found at Booking.com for my stay. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Wifi was good too. Room was small. WC was not very clean and needs some remodelations. Hotel is not close to the centre as it is announced, it is necessary to walk a lot, anyway walks are good for the health! |

Location, Staff were amazing and respond to my note and allowed me to choose the room that i like, really amazing staff which i didnt see similar to them in all of my many trips, Room were very nice and comfortable,The location were close to the down town and the main shopping center, Food options inside the hotel is not too much but you can order from out side as the staff helped me. |

Staff very friendly and always willing to assist with any problem The bathrooms could do with modernisation especially the tiling which we found rather over the top. TV in our room on 2/11/09 kept loosing its tuning and needed to be restarted each time, found this rather annoying |

The staff were friendly and were always ready to help with any problems to do with how to get to places and what to go and see and do. The decor in the bath rooms was rather outdated and needed modernisation, in particular the tiling. |

Fine, clean room. Free Wifi that worked well. Large plasma TV with a good choice of channels. Good breakfast. Quite central location (the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Gare Centrale). The bathroom decoration was dated (but everything functioned fine). |

The staff was very helpful and ready to help. WIFI for free in the whole hotel, very fast. I was expecting a little more. The room was rather small, but comfortable. |
