The price and service was good. The location is a bit far from Grand Place, still in a walking distance. The parking lot is small, expensive and inconvenient. I needed to ask someone to open the garage each time. |

Nothing in particular. - Horrible, rude and extremely unpolite front desk staff (espcially lady. Breakfast was served in a tiny space so we had to queue.Disgusting scramblled eggs which took them ages to refill; not to mention the ham and the sausages which took them thousands of years to refill. |

Liked everything and cannot fault a thing. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We would def recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Brussels. Its a 5/10 minute walk from everywhere. We loved it!! :) |
