Singurul lucru care mi-a placut cu adevarat la acest hotel a fost gratuitatea internetului. Daca au camere la etajul 8 as dori apa calda 24 din 24 de ore, de asemenea caldura. Trebuie reparat sistemul de incalzire, pentru ca se ingheata la acest hotel de patru stele. In plus, mai multe mese in sala in care se serveste micul dejun, pentru ca am ajuns sa stau cu farfuria in mana. |

Locatia buna, in general mi-a oferit ce am dorit pentru o calatorie de afaceri. Ar trebui sa achizitoneze plăpumi pe care sa le puna in plic, nu pături puse peste cearceasufuri |

Hotelul este situat cam departe de centru ,ajungi cu tramvaiul 14 la Dam intr-o jumatate de ora,one-way.Pana la aeroport schimbi 2 masini 15 si 922,faci cam o ora ,dar merita.Singura problema a fost nefunctionarea aerului conditionat,care cred ca este o problema nationala in Olanda,in rest hotel nou,toate ok,micul dejun ok,merita pentru o noapte sistemul de climatizare |

The rate that I found at Booking.com for my stay. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Wifi was good too. Room was small. WC was not very clean and needs some remodelations. Hotel is not close to the centre as it is announced, it is necessary to walk a lot, anyway walks are good for the health! |

Location, Staff were amazing and respond to my note and allowed me to choose the room that i like, really amazing staff which i didnt see similar to them in all of my many trips, Room were very nice and comfortable,The location were close to the down town and the main shopping center, Food options inside the hotel is not too much but you can order from out side as the staff helped me. |

Staff very friendly and always willing to assist with any problem The bathrooms could do with modernisation especially the tiling which we found rather over the top. TV in our room on 2/11/09 kept loosing its tuning and needed to be restarted each time, found this rather annoying |

The staff were friendly and were always ready to help with any problems to do with how to get to places and what to go and see and do. The decor in the bath rooms was rather outdated and needed modernisation, in particular the tiling. |

Fine, clean room. Free Wifi that worked well. Large plasma TV with a good choice of channels. Good breakfast. Quite central location (the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Gare Centrale). The bathroom decoration was dated (but everything functioned fine). |
