The staff was really friendly

Internet was so slow that one could not use it

All staff were very friendly and most helpful. the breakfasts were of a very high standard. A most enjoyable stay.

Advertised as Grand Place but in reality Grand Place is a fair walk.

Professional and very helpful reception. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Great location, very close to the nearest Metro station. I will definitely come back there.

Traffic noise Wakes you up early in spite of good sound insulation. Try to get room not facing Rue Royal. Breakfast was limited, small choice of bread and muesli, Little fruit and 2nd day all gone. Often runs out of juice and fruit etc if late.

Very comfortable and nice appartement. Frendly and helpful staff, specially in parking matters. Tasty breakfest. Good bed. Limited noise.

Parking reservation in advance is confusing. I mention in hotel reservation that we will need parking but when we arrived, it was complet (receptionist said that parking was not confirmed). Then better would be to clarify how to reserve the parking.

The bed in our room needed replacing and the WiFi drops out, Other than that the room and stay was nice.

Loved the room. The staff were excellent.

The noise was dreadful at the back of the building from early morning hated complaining but the staff were very good and moved us to the front and that was much quieter. Didn't like the cramped conditions in the breakfast area.

Location is very good if you (like us) want just sleep in your hotel: it's not that close to all the points of interest but really close to the central train station (10 minutes max). Our room was very spacious, nice, clean and looked renovated not that long ago. Actually, it was the best room of all we had in Belgium (and the cheapest one — we got double only for 70 euro).

WiFi isn't very fast and stable and staff on the reception seems a little bit (really a little bit!) lazy, but it had no influence in our overall experience.

Good value on Friday to Sunday nights for 4 star hotel. Good sized rooms and bathroom. Walking distance to Gare du Central.

Located in business area, which is dead on weekends. Not many conveniences such as supermarkets nearby.

It was ok. The location is good if you are working at the evaluation centre in the EC. Also quite close to the Magritte museum

I wouldn't recommend the breakfast and there was no tea and coffee making facility in the room

Internet Wifi signal strength was almost non-existent on the 7th floor.

The room was clean and well organized. The location is great at the city center. The complementary internet was great and worked well

I expected more from breakfast for a hotel at this price range. Specifically, a vegetarian had nothing to eat there (all eithre mile or meat based. No soy milk, almost no vegetables). The bed was far too soft on one side (seems a problem with the mattress)

This hotel is near the tourist attraction and clean

the location is not very convenient

The size of the room is really great. There is a floor´s heater in the bathroom.

We asked food in the room and it became totally cold. We could not complain as the telephone did not work. After my complaining they did not charge the food and gave me a overnight free in the parking (25 Euros).

The hotel is fine, clean, very good rooms, the location amazing (main street), I'll recommend!!!

Clean, nice bathroom, wifi free, good location, helpful staff, room service with affordable prices, silent place you can sleep well.

We got a very discounted offer, but the place is not worth the normal price, too high!
