位置很好，离火车站及市中心景点都很近，可以走路去玩。房间干净精致 very good location and tidy room.

对比国内的宾馆感觉是四星的整洁，三星的装修，二星的空间。也许是我对国外的四星期望过高了。服务态度马虎- （也许是我在荷兰待久了才会这么感觉）。 The room is much smaller than Chinese like us expected (compared with a Chinese 4 star hotel). The construction site nearby made noise at 7 am.

1.Very bad internet connection 2.description single room I booked via booking.com was with 20m2 and with double bed - actually it turned round 8-10 m2 and single bed :( be carefull After 2 days staying in single room I chandged for double room and it was ok.

Unstable internet connection. Curtains weren't fitted well so it was impossible to make the room dark at night.

Bed was ok - nice to sleep. Though there was construction site near by it was rather peaceful (except one truck some hours after midnight)

It seemed that my room needed maintenance. There was one electric wire plug pulled out from wall. Bathroom needed fixing. There was noises coming out from bathroom drains.

Nice, clean and accessible to public transport ten minutes walk from the station.

i didn't like the pillow.

It's located halfway between the European District and the main shopping street (Rue Nueve).

As we were travelling with our nine-month-old baby it was particularly important that the hotel was baby-friendly. The staff couldn't have been better - let me use the kitchen to make bottles, the cot was nice and comfortable and the staff even returned a lost dummy to us! Would definitely recommend to anyone travelling with babies and small children, particularly as the royal park with its lovely playground is just down the road!

The receptionists were very friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is good and the breakfast is ok.

Maintenance of the hotel is very low. I often stay at this hotel when visiting Brussels because of its locations and price, but every time I stay there I meet lots of broken things. This time the door of closet was impossible to open as it was not fixed and were was no light in all lamps. No any shower cap was in the bathroom as well. The hotel should better keep in order the rooms.
