We offer extensive conference facilities and our meeting rooms, varying in size from 25 to 585 m², are divided over 3 floors. The available Wi-Fi internet connection can be modulated to your needs. All conference rooms provide daylight and high quality technical equipment is available on request. Our main meeting room opens out to our private garden.
The warm, pleasant and modern atmosphere of the hotel, as well as its personal service, will certainly surprise you and make your stay extra comfortable.
Make lunch and dinner a real culinary discovery at restaurant Le Grill, open from Monday to Friday. Trust our chef to make excellent suggestions every day (grill, pasta, wok, paella, etc) and sample his varied international menu of dishes prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients from the market. Alternatively, take advantage of the special “rapido” menu for business lunches.
In the evening, you can relax in our fully renovated bar and taste one of our Belgian beers. From the bar you have a splendid view of the garden and access to our garden terrace on sunny days.
Just refurbished 80 executive rooms equipped to fulfil all the business guest needs. Amenities include LCD flat screen TV 32 inches, safety box sized for laptops, executive chair, VIP amenities and rain shower and wooden floors.
Perfect blackout curtains guarantee a good night sleep.
The hotel offers a daily scheduled shuttle service to and from the city centre from Monday to Friday (morning and evening).

The room was very big, comfortable and very clean! Hot water was available all day long. Staff very kind and friendly, they spoke english, french, dutch, italian, spanish, german... Price per person for breakfast was quite high. It was very satisfactory but expensive, as well. |

Very close to the Brussels Nord rail station. No taxi required. Very large comfortable bed and bed linens. Very quiet room. The staff were excellent and helped me find several attractions. The only negative to report was that the coffee in the breakfast buffet room was not good. I tried several different types from the machine, but they were all equally bad and no amount of cream & sugar would help. To be clear - this cannot be written off as a matter of personal taste - it was just bad coffee and I saw many other guests have the same reaction. If you charge 20 euros for breakfast, you should be able to provide freash brewed, palatable coffee. |

The Hotel was really nice, clean and what i most liked was the superior room we stayed , the atmosphare everywhere and the fineness desighn of interior decoration. Very good facilities and even a big hotel, personnel was very kind and helpfull and always smiling . It would be very considerable if they could transport the clients of the hotel to the citycenter of the town (as they advertise ) |

Staff were friendly and helpful. Our supper on the first night was not satisfactory, however, the maitre de in charge did address it and make ammends which was appreciated. |

Not very far from city centre. One of your staff has allowed a lady (who came along with me but staying in different room) to come into my room at around 11:00 pm while I was sleeping. I can't imagine any hotel would ever allow to force open my room door and allow someone else to come into my hotel room while I was sleeping, this is pure discrimination. This was rather shocking and i felt miserable. |

Good standard hotel which did what we wanted it for, which was for a One - night stop only. Pleasant staff, but the brevity of our stay did not allow us to take advantage of the full hotel facilities, as such we can't really comment. Pet hate ! No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. It's the one thing that nearly all guests require first thing on a morning (apart from the toilet of course). Tends to show a lack of class on a Hotels behalf. |

I like the style of the room and it's clean and modern. In less than 5mins walk i have reached the Metro/Tram station and from there it's just a less than 8mins from Euro star station! How excellent is this? Yes, apart from my positive comments, i just wonder where the coffee, tea and sugar compliments and where is the cattle? aren't they suppossed to be in each rooms? Missing! But it did not bother me though, im just surprise that they are not there. would any one be bother about this? |

Clean, spacious rooms with all facilities. Safe area, close to Nord Station and city centre. Good rate if booked through booking .com. Didn't go for the breakfast, which I found too expensive at 20 Euros. Long waits at the reception both at check-in (20 mins) and check-out (10mins). |
