I like the style of the room and it's clean and modern. In less than 5mins walk i have reached the Metro/Tram station and from there it's just a less than 8mins from Euro star station! How excellent is this? Yes, apart from my positive comments, i just wonder where the coffee, tea and sugar compliments and where is the cattle? aren't they suppossed to be in each rooms? Missing! But it did not bother me though, im just surprise that they are not there. would any one be bother about this? |

Clean, spacious rooms with all facilities. Safe area, close to Nord Station and city centre. Good rate if booked through booking .com. Didn't go for the breakfast, which I found too expensive at 20 Euros. Long waits at the reception both at check-in (20 mins) and check-out (10mins). |

The staff was exceptionally friendly, even arranged a parking space for me in the car park as I was returning late from an exhibition Beds are hard, the area of the hotel is not comfortable if you cannot park in the carpark |

The room was not clean, there was fungus in the bathroom. The walls are thin and you can hear everything around. There was no minibar. |

Great interior. Great choice for colours. Very relaxing. The friendly reception staff gave us few good alternatives for breakfast. You only have to ask. The hotel is 5 min away from Gare du Nord & aprox 20 min from Grand place. Make sure you have 50 euros when check in. More related to the building that is built cross the street and they start working very early. |

Close to the center The spa, was not open for use. Had to ask the staff to op the gym, which is poorly equipped. Very noisy environment early in the mornings. |

The staff were superb and catered to our extra needs brilliantly.We had our grandson with us and were given a extra large room and a cot in a quiet part of the hotel.The hotels restaurant is 5 star quality. |

Good conditions, the most comfortable bed ever, very close to Gare du Nord You have to pay for internet, tv?!, And there is no fridge in the room. It doesn't look like a 4 star hotel. |

The friendly reception staff that help us very much with direction in the city as i never been there before and they were very helpful. Beautiful hotel, decor and bedrooms The hotel should be a bit more flexible with early check in if the hotel is not that busy and not charge 10 euro for each hour before normal check in as i come from hotel industry background myself. Also we were refused drinks in the room from the bar at 12 midnight due to the end of the shift by the bar staff so we ended going to the vending machine to get some drinks in the hotel. The city tax should be included in the total bill so no confusion develops with international guest. |

staff didnt really have a clue they didnt have one of the party booked in also ppl should be made aware that building work is going on nearby and they start work about 5.30 6 so your sleep is interupted |

I stayed there for 4 nights and they even provided me free/complementary drop to my final destination when no taxi was available to carry the amount of luggage that I had. Exceptional service at very decent price. I would recommend to everyone who is looking to stay at the center of the city. |

The page promised a shuttle that would run from the hotel to down town Brusells but it did not specified that it does not work during summer |
