No drinks in room Room service food poor Garage very expensive
good quality hotel
far from city center
On my booking I asked breakfast on my booking fees; finally I got nothing.
The bed was excellent!
The hotel and room were lovely
Location - it seemed like it wasn't in a very nice part of town. Wifi didn't work in our room.
Clean, price is good, food is good, staff professional
Room cleaning knocked 3 times in the morning while we were sleeping, location 30-40 mins walking from the center
clean, helpfull staff and good location in the heart of the modern part of the city.
Everything Just great hotel
Stayed 3 nights at the Husa and I liked the location (10 mins from Nord station and 20 mins from the city centre). The price was reasonable and the room was clean. Didn't request much but when I did, I received it promptly. All in all I don't regret my choice and would stay again.
Given it was located in the business centre 'fun activities' were further away. Also though a shuttle is offered, the times were limited. I personally didn't mind the bed but my boyfriend thought the mattress was a bit uncomfortable.
Large room Bath tube Many facilities in the room
Very old bed Noise from outside is disturbing a lot Far from the city centre Very quite streets in the night
excellent staff members with great customer service, I also loved your amazing breakfast. Keep it up and will definitely recommend Husa President to my friends and family members.
the bed, i kept sliding whilst reading my book
We booked a 3 pax room, to our surprise we were given a corner room that is connected to another single bedroom which makes the whole place rather big. Staff were friendly and gave us info for direction towards Brussels Centrum.
Wifi was rather poor, not sure if we were in the corner room.
I love the location of this hotel; and come back and back. It is right by Brussels North Station, which is much easier to use than Brussels Midi. I also love the surrounding Schaerbeek area, a wonderfully characterful and colourful migrant area. I particularly love the Wednesday street market, enveloped in the wafting scent of all the mint for sale. A prime source of migrants is North Africa, but, really, you name the group, including Turkey and increasingly, Moldova, but also a range of East European countries. The area, does become rather tawdry around the Rue de Brabant main shopping area.
As a male I hate the women only toilets for rooms, thanks to a major design error when installing the stone shelving. Jutting too far forward, the toilet seats just won't stay up. Annoying, to say the least! I also dislike that the basins are so slow to drain away. Another moan is the very slow to react automatic front doors - I wonder how many times people have walked into them? Final moan is the 1am "lockdown". I would prefer free access at all hours, or the night staff to scrupulously watch for arrivals, rather than having to use intercom to the front desk.
It was really nice that the people at the reception desk could speak in spanish. The garden was really nice and the room was pretty decent. Everything was clean and in good conditions.
The location of the hotel, it's not on the city center, it's near to the train station brussels noord, which is also not so far from the city center.
everything!! we paid extra for the garden view and they placed us in an executive room (even though we paid for a standard); huuuuge comfortable bed, nice shower and TV, also an interesting system of "eco-friendly vouchers" (if you ask them not to clean the room this day, they give you a 5 euro voucher to use in the hotel's bar - practically means a free glass of beer or wine)
wi-fi signal in the room is a bit weak and my credit card didn't work due to some problem with their terminal
Room size Facilities Price
Hotel was very convenient for train connections for connections to airport and city downtown brussels both only a 15 minute journey. The hotel was in a very quite location and rooms were very quite. Very good restaurant and late night room service provided..............................
The health suite appeared closed on the Saturday I arrived and their appeared to be only access to an exercise room. Was disappointed I could not avail of the sauna and steam room I enjoyed before.............................................................
Loved king-size bed Liked wooden floors - seemed cleaner than carpets Quiet area of city. Appreciated A/C that worked and did so efficiently. Nice breakfast selection
Small towels Not enough coffee/sugar/milk provisions left in room each day - had to ask for more capsules. Need more hooks/towel racks in bathroom
Nice and clean hotel, well located and helpfull staff.
- parking is 20 eur/night
Close to north train Station. Cleanliness.
Bar shut early after midnight at 12:30 and threw out 25 paying residents who were enjoying the ambiance. A long way from Central Brussels.
Everything is clean and new. 4-star comfort. Very quiet and comfortable. Simple walk from train station.
Not many restaurants or stores nearby except at the train station but they were all closed when we arrived at 8 pm. Website advertised shuttle to/from the train station but that was not operating during our stay. Website states that the fee from airport via train is 5 euro but it is actually 8.5 euro.
The location was superb, excellently situated a 5 minute walk away from Bruxelles Noord station. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, with large, comfortable beds. We slept very well indeed. The shower was big and powerful and the bathroom came equipped with body wash and shampoo.
Hotel is wonderful, staff is friendly, close location to train station.
The location on the front is nice. Behind the hotel...the area is much less desirable. This is not the fault of the hotel but the local population is extremely suspect. Maybe let the guests know that there are areas surrounding the hotel to be cautious of upon check in could help. Again- not the fault of the hotel and I still enjoyed my stay.
