It was clean.

Location : - Bus stop just accross the Hotel, if we want to go to Central / Manneken Pis Comfort : - For us staying here is more than enough, provide good night sleep, the bed is comfortable, and the bath pretty relaxing after whole day trip Facilities : - You've got AC Room with LCD [though we've never pressed any button for the TV], clean bathroom with hairdryer for my wife, and hot water for bath - I saw quite large parking areas, though I didn't take any cars Breakfast : - Really good, staff always refilling the tray, with croissant, ham, cheese, yoghurt

Location : Maybe just because we're departing with Eurolines, we're checking the location by foot, so the areas near Hotel full of people that "looks" suspicious [i don't judge, my wife's afraid, but for me they just got the looks], and they don't try / do anything.

It was clean.

Good service, free wi-fi, big screen in the lobby. Basic breakfast but good.

the safe in the room is not working even the staff can't fix it. the location is little bit off the city centre.

Considering the cheap price, the room, service, cleaness, everything was perfect! I could enjoy staying and relaxing there.

Thr location is not very good, don't go outside very late or alone.(Especially for girls)

We enjoy our stay at prestige, the staff are friendly and accommodating, also the location is closer to all amenities, and transportation networks. Good place to stay. Will stay there when next in Brussels...

Close to Metro station

Thin walls, we heard people having sex from 3 rooms away. Breakfast is good but if you go there at 9:30 (they offer it from 7-10) there is little food left. Toilette fan was broken and let out something that smelled like cigarette smoke.

Not really far from the city center. Moreover, the public transport connection is nearby. Polite and helpful staff.

The district around is quite unfriendly with no cafes and sights. The breakfast was poor but fair.The room was too small but clean and quite.

Friendly staff. The price of the room regarding the rest hotels was decently good. Its about 10-15 minutes by walk from the centre of Bruxelles. Breakfast was also quite nice.

The area was not so good but if you walk 4-5' you can get your path to the city. I tried to use the security case to lock some of my valuable belongings but I there was no instructions and the alarm started ringing by itself! No elevator available also.

Breakfast was fine. Bathroom and room was really clean.

Room was really small. Air conditioner smelled bad, so I had to choose between cold and bad odor.

Staff were all very friendly and polite. Very good selection for buffet breakfast. Very clean. Towels changed everyday.

My room was very small and had no table or desk. Slight administrative error meant I had to get my key re-authenticated on the second day.

Breakfast was inclusive in the price. This hotel was cheaper than the others. The bathroom was ok. The breakfast was ok. Staff was good. It was quiet in the hotel and no disturbance. The hotel looks eco-friendly as the lights in the corridors are automatic. Good cheap food avialable around the hotel.

The carpet in the room was very dirty and the lighting in the room was very dim. The rest of the hotel was lited fine but the lights in the room were very dim. It is a little difficult to find the hotel because of usual Brussels streets.

The hotel is located near the city center and one can visit most sites on foot or by getting public transport (subway, bus, tram) that is nearby. The room was clean and well heated and had lots of space. Internet access was available free of charge. Overall, a good value for money and ideal for a city trip.

No elevator available, which may be a problem for elder or handicapped people. This is not a fancy or luxurious hotel, but you do not pay for such stuff here.

Neighborhood is not very nice. Although it's a three-floor building, some kind of elevator would be helpful for taking the luggage up and down.

a very nice, small and home-like place, the rooms simple but offer what you need, also a fridge and are clean. the bed was not too soft - i slept perfectly, the bathroom clean and it's furniture new. as i had a double room for myself, space was perfect. the crew was very friendly at all times - and i enjoyed the breakfast, anatolian style with a lot of vegetables, olives, eggs, cheese, yoghurt and a big samowar spending very good black tea...very much. wireless lan for free +++

the cover of the lamp at the ceiling was missing - and one lamp next to the bed was without bulb - but as i used the room as a single person, it was not really a problem

Good location (walkable distance - 10 min. - towards the city center and shopping streets). Breakfast was good and continentanil (boiled eggs, omlette, ham, chees, cereals, cakes, fruits, tea, coffee, juice etc.). Over 800 TV Channels worldwide, big rooms, heated (AC included also for summer time). Kind and helpful hotel staff. It's a good deal for accomodation as it includes all the taxes and breakfast in the room rate. Most of the other hotels charge you a lot for the breaskfast or local tourism tax!

A bit noisy, you could hear people talking downstairs in the lobby from the room (although we were on second floor - near the stairs). Beds are confortable, but the pillows are not.

Hotel Prestige cannot be rated as three star hotel. The hotel has been renovated but to access third floor one has to take stairs with luggage as there are no lifts. The tv in my room had all the channels in Turkish and I don't speak turkish. I complained at the reception and I was promised it will be reset. I went out came back late in the evening to watch the news and it was the same.... I don't know about the other rooms but mine was very small and even though advertized as business there was only a chair and no desk to work on.... So to work I had to go downstairs to the reception... The wall are so thin i could hear my neighbour snoring and when someone is taking their bath you hear all. At one point I even thought I left the bath shower running.... I personally will not go there next time I am in Bruxelles. The staff are kind but this is not what I imagined when I was making my booking.
