Location is very good, city center is very close, 15 minutes by walk!
For solo female traveler i haven't felt so safe in this quart of the city...facilities ( mainly bathroom) is poor!!
Everything is perfect. I advise everyone.if you want to see beautiful Brussels you must stay only this hotel. wonderful personal.price so good.it is only 100m from botaniqum metro station. Center of the city.
Central Location Helpfulness of staff Could open window Breakfast healthy options
Noisiness (with window open) No tea making facilities in room
Receptionist are extremely nice and helpful :)
It's rather cheap but still clean and nice. Stuff is friendly, free good wifi. 5 mins from metro station so you can easily go everywhere you want. There is also tram stop near metro.
If you expect something special from the breakfast it's won't be so. Just ordinary hotel breakfast, nothing special. Still good for me.
Cheap. Good for young couple who did not want to stay in a dorm for a night or two. Continental breakfast consists of juice and coffee machine, milk, tea, cereals, bread, cold cuts, cheese and fruits.
10 mins uphill walk to hotel. Staff, other than reception do not speak english. Door handle fell and the bathroom door could not be fully open. AC did not work. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Wifi kept on failling (except at 2-4am)
Everything was excellent, especially when you compare the price and service with other hotels around that one. It is very near to city centre. You may walk many touristic areas by walking.
The room is cheap and big. The location is really good. It's walkable distance to most main attraction in brussel, the metro is very close to the hotel. We spent three days in the hotel and we always have a good breakfast and good stay. The staff was very friendly!!!!
The room is cheap and big. The location is really good. It's walkable distance to most main attraction in brussel and have lots of cheap foodplace nearby.
Excellent value, helpful staff!
Our room was a bit tight, no elevator!
location close to metro station Botanique friendly receptionist good value for money
TV stations only in Turkish quite noisy neighbourhood/busy street
Ok value for money, near the Bruxelles-Nord station, close to the metro and the tram. Cheap and quick laundry service.
Wifi was a bit spotty.
Too many stairs and really hard beds
For the price we paid (on an offer) this place felt very swank - nice room and en-suite, everything we had to use worked.
- location - price
- wi-fi - breakfast - parking
The breakfast was ničemu presented.
The promised Internet, doesn't work anywhere. Needed the internet to communicate with family and work. Very upsetting! Also staff doesn't know how to give directions to the hotel or airport. Expected that everyone has GPS which I didn't. One of the staff tried to help with directions, but was vague. That doesn't help if you are traveling for the first time in Brussels.
good location to visit the city centre. bus stop (61,65) in front of the hotel and metro stop (botanique) in 4-5 minutes of walking far. room is very large. wifi connection is ok in common areas but in our room it didn't work.
I am unsatisfied about the cleaning of the room and bathroom. Cleaners only made our bed covering it with blanket and the sheets were always in the same way we had left in the morning. wifi connection in our room didn't work. They had never changed our towels.
Good location (half an hour walk from the city center), excellent buffet breakfast, friendly reception staff
Slightly disconcerting smell of strong disinfectant, seemed to be some problem with our shower leaking and a room on the floor below was flooded while we were there, we were given a room on the third floor with a skylight without any proper curtain so the room was full of light at 5am
Very small ， the bed uncomfortable ,
value for money, if you book in summer or during week end.
A very noisy group of people was in the hotel as well and from the rooms you can hear almost everything..
Location was quite OK
Room was very small The fridge was working only with keycard in the socket (!!!)
nice room and breakfast, excellent value for money
Breakfast was very good. Staff Friendly. Nice room.
Only thing was TV was playing up but not really a problem as was out at night.
Clean, 15 Minutes walk from the Center, Good Value for the Money, breakfast is good and Good Customer Service from the Lady who Works in the Restaurant...
Tough for Family With Young children (no elevators), front desk employee wasn't too Helpful and Not too welcoming!!!
