Hotel Prinsenhof  

It is a warm, friendly hotel. The rooms are well fitted out and of a good size. The location is perfect. Breakfasts are excellent. All staff were welcoming and efficient. My 4th visit to this hotel and it did not fail to reach its usual high standards.

The Rooms which are out in the courtyard are slightly noisy in the morning.

I did not like the fact that breakfast was not included in the price, and felt that it was an added extra, slightly hidden.

We booked this hotel due to the great reviews we read. We were very glad we stayed there. It is a quaint hotel a short walk to the main square, nicely decorated with comfortable rooms, a good breakfast, and just excellent service. The owners are adding a new wing to expand services too. Quiet street, parking service. Definitely recommend Prinsenhof, would stay there again. Good value.

Beautiful rooms, very comfortable bed, beautiful luxury bathrooms. The staff was great and accomodate a few unique requests we had.

The only negative about this hotel was that our rooms were on the very top floor and the elevator didn't go up that high. The staircase up to our floor was incredibly steep, and I worried about my elderly parents falling. But the hotel staff was great about bringing our luggage up and down the stairs for us.

The facility is excellent as are the staff and the breakfast. Absolutely no issues at all. Cannot speak too highly of this hotel.

This is an excellent small hotel. The care and attention provided to guests is absolutely first class - nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Rooms are smallish but very well designed and a lot of thought has been given to the layout. Good breakfast. Great advice on restaurants and booked everything we needed quickly and efficiently

The aura of this hotel makes you feel like you are a guest at the house of a Bruggean family not like at a hotel. They also have really good suggestions for restaurants around the town. The cosyness of the lobby is also amazing, they not only have a fireplace but also blankets. Amazing hotel, like a second home in Brugges.

Since the hotel operates like a family business, you might have mechanical problems with the electrical devices in your room. But this is a con caused by the pro of the hotel; it feels like you are staying at a family friend's house.

Les chambres du rez de chaussée dites' de luxe 'donnent sur la petite cour en fer à cheval qui sert de parking à l'hotel. Donc vue sur des voitures quasiment collées à la fenêtre de la chambre c'est vraiment choquant . a mon avis ils feraient mieux de louer quelques places parking aux alentours et équiper leur cour avec des plantes et des fleurs ce qui correspondrait tellement mieux à l'harmonie intérieure de cet hotel. Maintenant comme ils louent ces places 15 € par jour ...

Qu'il soit situé pas loin de la place

On a eu un problème a l'arrivée avec notre voiture il n'y avait plus de place dans le parking de l'hôtel et nous avons dû laissé la voiture loin de l'hôtel dans un parking public, et au retour nous avons constaté un gros coup a l'arrière de notre voiture, ce qu'il ne m'a pas plus c'est que si vous faite les réservation avec la garantie du visa pourquoi vous ne prévoyez pas un emplacement correcte a votre clientèle pour moi c'était un mal accueil de votre part car maintenant c'est tout un problème pour la réparation de notre voiture et honnêtement c'est plus chez vous que j'y retourner et autant pour mon alentour
