I thought the hotel for us was perfect

Nothing at all

I LOVED this hotel. It had free Wi-Fi, a dog could stay for free, the hotel itself was charming and perfectly located, and the staff was super friendly. I would stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and it was in a nice quiet location. Having a parking spot was a real bonus. It is also in a very central spot so it was convenient to all the sites. We have been 4 times to Brugge and will stay here on any subsequent visits as this has been the best hotel so far for us.

The breakfast was 20 Euros and I felt this was a little steep for a continental breakfast but with so many restaurants being so close you have the option to dine out.

didn't dislike anything. The breakfast was excellent for those with a good early morning appetite, but for those who want a light bite, tea and toast or fruit, it was expensive at the fixed price of EUR 19,50.

Extremely comfortable rooms. Very helpful and knowledgable staff particularly Astrid who works on reception. Hotel had great design and interiors. Loved the extras- turn down service, jacuzzi bath, nice toiletries.

Breakfast bit expensive. Pity it wasn't included in price. Night porter also tended bar at night but used his hands, which I didn't see him wash, to put ice in my glass.

I liked the atmosphere, the staff was very friendly, the interior of the hotel was very nice and good location.

The breakfast was expensive (eur19.50). So, we did not have it at the hotel. But there were a lot of places for breakfast near the hotel which charged more reasonable prices.

The location is convenient to the main square (Markt) less than five minute walk. It is also an easy walk to most of the museums and city sites. We loved the city and incredible scenes around every corner.. The hotel seems updated and is beautifully decorated. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly. We opted for the buffet breakfast for two mornings. The breakfasts were good, but a little pricey, There is an excellent restaurant just a minute walk out the back door of the hotel...De Ulaamsche Pot. Every evening meal was just a wonderful dining experience..

Sometimes our room got a little too warm for our comfort. We should have found out how to control the temperature. This was not a major problem. It would be better if the hotel rate included breakfast.

We liked the warm welcome we received from the owners and staff. The hotel is beautifully designed,decorated and equipped. The service is superb in every way. We cannot praise the Prinsenhof enough.

Nothing really, there was some redevelopement work ongoing during our stay which did not detract from our visit and is likely to enhance the hotel

Simply the best. My wife Patricia and I have stayed at the hotel Princenhof on three previous occasions to celebrate our wedding anniversary.We love the atmosphere, the friendly and helpful staff and the standard of service and accommodation. We would not consider any other hotel in Brugge and hopefully we will be visiting again.

Breakfast very poor value for money. If had known I had to pay I would have gone to a local cafe.

The staff were great, friendly, courteous and always wanting to help. The rooms were lovely and clean. The hotel was tucked away on a side street away from the bustle but close enough to the main markt and other sites. Loved it here and can't wait to return.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable and well appointed room which was also very quiet.

Cost of breakfast (19.5 euro per person) was not value for money especially for those only wanting a coffee and a roll. The choice, quality was however excellent. A 2 tier breakfast option would be helpful.

Every single member of staff we met was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. They gave us a room with direct access to outside for our dog. Obviously well managed by the owners. No restaurant but it did not matter because there were many restaurants close by. Great small hotel in a very central location and if you have a dog there is a park within a few hundred metres.

Lovely, friendly staff. Beautiful hotel in a great location. In the centre, but still quiet. I recommend going for the breakfast, sounds pricey at 19 euros but is great value compared to what was on offer in the market square....

friendly staff, comfortable good location and excellent breakfast

I would highly recommend this hotel, the service & attitude of the staff was exceptional. We were staying in Bruges to celebrate my husbands birthday & the hotel went above & beyond making it special, delivering a surprise gift to our room, assisting me in choosing a restaurant for dinner (which was excellent) and arranging to deliver a birthday cake for him. The breakfast selection was outstanding with so much choice & the room itself was very spacious, modern and comfortable. An excellent hotel!

It is a warm, friendly hotel. The rooms are well fitted out and of a good size. The location is perfect. Breakfasts are excellent. All staff were welcoming and efficient. My 4th visit to this hotel and it did not fail to reach its usual high standards.
