In the heart of the historic center of Brussels, the Bedford Hotel is a boutique hotel just a quarter mile from the Grand-Place.

The Motel One Brussels is centrally in Brussels, a 10-minute walk from the Grand-Place, the Manneken Pis Statue, the Rue Neuve Shopping District and Brussels-Central Train Station.

On the Place Rogier, Hotel Siru is only a 5-minute walk from the center of Brussels. It has modern rooms and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

The breakfast is not for four star hotel. It was share with a hotel with two or three start....and it could be noticed
perfect location; all within walking distance - transport, shopping, the Old Town, other types of entertainment :). Very good hotel with excellent service and rooms, strongly recommend.
The location, the room, the bed.
The staff was not very helpful. My remore control for the TV and the cafe-machine didn't work. I complained at the reception in the morning and when I came back in the evening, the situation was the same. I had to complain again and than the receptionist finally took measures and changed the failed equipment.
Very clean room, helpful staff, convenient location, nice breakfast.
Poor quality of wi-fi connection in my room.
The location next to Place Rogier is really good. The hotel is decent, but not really what one expects with 4 stars
The hotel is locked. Once you have your keycard, it works. But getting in the first time may be tricky
Good location, nice and clean room, friendly staff
Location to the shopping area was right across the main street. Alexandra was pleasant and very helpful.
Construction was right at the corner of their building and there was no reference to the fact that you will have problems to the parking garage down this same street. Had problems with my parking ticket code to enter the building after hours. No one at the hotel knew how to enter the complex after hours and eventually got access through the Sheraton Hotel. Walls in our room needed painting. Shower too slick for people with bad balance. Toilet seat very loose. You would think that the cleaning person would tell maintenance this? Breakfast was a bit boring. Need to mix it up a bit. In closing, and in my case it was not worth what they asked for.
I had an unpleasant story. I've chosen this hotel mostly because of good internet, but from booking.com reviews I read that not all rooms have good internet. When I made the reservation I mentioned that I need a room with Internet because I will work from the room. When I checked in I did the same, just to insure that I will have the room I need. Of course, I received a room where Wifi does not work and I needed to spend some other time to change the room.
The staff could be more friendly and active....
Poor selection of breakfast
Very good hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Can reach everywhere within 20 mins.
Very close to the train and bus station...a few minutes away Very peaceful location and also easy access to main walking street leading to Grand Place and other shopping areas. Also a huge botanical garden five minutes away. Overall excellent for the price paid Would be happy to be here again!!!
If some more variety of food could be added for breakfast it would be appreciating
I was due to stay in Hotel Progress on business for 6 days but extended it to 10 days. It was an excellent decision! Great location, clean and comfortable room, very friendly and efficient staff. Very reliable, very fast, trouble-free WiFi. Perfect for a business trip and the best hotel WiFi in Brussels. I am due to stay there again on 25 January - prrof of satisfaction.
Range of foods at breakfast could still be improved.
Excellent visit to the Progress Hotel. Clean, comfortable room with fast and free WiFi. Originally booked for 6 days but I am extending my stay for another 4 days - proof that I like this well-located hotel
Range of foods at breakfast could be improved.
Very rude personnel, rooms were awful
The Hotel Progress is located very close to the ERCEA building where I go three or four times a year, and following a recommendation from a fellow ERC Council member I always stay there. It's very comfortable, unpretentious, clean, plenty of hot water, quiet and reasonably priced. It has a very characteristic smell - of the cleaning stuff they use, I imagine, which I find reassuring and redolent of my Brussels experiences.
Like so many of its peers, the tea at breakfast is Lipton's yellow label made with hot water from a coffee machine. Not wonderful.
nice design, I loved to massage chairs in the lobby, very close to the north train station.
slow internet in the room. Scary area during night.
It is unsafe near the hotel. The sink is not working well. The price is too high.
Excellent Location, Clean and comfortable rooms, reliable wifi service, Easy access to train and metro stations.
The extremely small shower.
Bed, wifi, staff
Minimal choice breakfast Hot consisted of just scrambled egg and bacon). Breakfast room shared with two other hotels, so quite full but only one waitress who couldn't keep up. Room face tissues not renewed. Price ridiculously high: £152 per night
Great desk and chair for working at the hotel, and together with one of the best wifi connections in hotels in Brussels it makes it my first choice when it town if I'm there for business reasons.
Excellent WiFi, close to EU-buildings, close to North station (and airport), comfortable room at night. Decent but limited breakfast.
Having been woken up at 06.40 by construction noise, and loud traffic until ca. 09.00. Afterwards, silent again.
The hotel is very good for a business trip. The rooms are as depicted in the picture on the website, though the photos are taken from advantageous angles, to make them seem larger than they really are.
I did not try the breakfast, as upon my arrival they asked me to pay the entire hotel bill for one week in advance, even before I had the chance to see the room. This cut out my desire to take breakfast or anything from the minibar, although my original plan was to take breakfast at an extra cost in some mornings and pay in the end all the hotel expenses. The bathrobes are very much advertised, but when you ask for one they are doing anything in their power to prevent you from getting one. You can tell that it is not the decision of the front desk people (who are doing their best to be nice), but that they have been instructed to discourage any request for a bathrobe. The declared sizes of the rooms are highly exaggerated. A Double Executive room is supposed to be 30 m2 and is not even half of this, with bathroom including. I cannot imagine how small a Standard room can be, if it is declared to be of 16 m2. I think some corrections should be made in the advertisements, as this affects the credibility of booking.com.
Location and cleanliness of the hotel.
The extremely limited drink selection in the bar: no white wine or tonic water and the attitude of the man, presumably not the person i/c the bar who was at best offhand and at worst rude. Similarly the attitude of the Operations Manager who showed no interest in my observations about the above. The size of the shower - very small.
The room was ok, with a nice clean bathroom and everything one needs. Location close to the railway station and shopping.
You cannot walk into the hotel. The door is locked with creates the impression that the area is not safe. The reception is a bit strange and in the back you see the office of another nextdoor hotel. The receptionist did not speak Dutch/Flemish. The bed was too soft. The breakfast too expensive for what you get. Overall, nice attempt but a lot of room for improvements on many accounts. There are better hotel options in Brussels.
