Loved the location within the village and the magical look of the hotel lights at festive times. Bar was a bit soulless although the restaurant was excellent and good value. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have made it even better. |

Very nice people behind the reception, nice cozy rooms. The swimming pool was very small, look at it as an addition to the spa in stead of a seperate swimming pool. |

The luxury! A fantastic room. The staff were helpful and courteous, and the buffet breakfast was very pleasant That they charged guests extra to use the pool (and I very much did not like the price they would have charged young children) |

Our room didn't have a shower but only a bathtub with a shower head which you couldn't hang up but had to hold in your hands. Every time we used that shower head from the bathtub the whole bathroom got flooded because of the absence of a shower curtain. The room was dressed very simple, looking more like a 2 star hotel room rather than a 4 star. |

Impressive service and excellent room, best breakfast of just about any place I've stayed. I stayed at a handful of hotels around Belgium, and this one was an all-around treat. |

Qualité magnifique de l'accueil de l'ensemble du personnel,très bonne cuisine,vrai garage,établissement tenu très propre ,belle terrasse . Salle de bain un peu "juste" pour deux dans une suite ; dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de salle fitness et un solarium . |

Alle faciliteiten zijn in hotel aanwezig. Hotel ademt een ontspannen sfeer uit. Goede ontvangst bij aankomst. Inrichting hotel is verzorgd. |

Fijn personeel, leuke dingen te doen in de omgeving, mooie kamers voor een zeer lage prijs, erg genoten van de luxe en de rust. Tip: ga eten bij het restaurantje waar je tegenaan loopt als je vanaf het terras naar links loopt: heerlijke crepes, wafels en desserts! Ook kayakken in op de Ourthe is een absolute aanrader Ga niet uit van een hotel in de bossen, dit hotel staat in het centrum van Marche-En-Famenne. Ontbijt iets minder uitgebreid als bij andere 4* hotels, eten wordt op een gegeven moment niet meer aangevuld. |

super restaurant bij het hotel. culinair uit zonder veel geld kwijt te zijn. hotelmedewerkers zijn erg servicegericht, op een ontspannen manier. kamer 315 was groot! lekkere bedden de wastafel liep niet goed door. dekens ipv dekbedden. verder helemaal perfect |

Vriendelijke ontvangst, glaasje fruitsap bij inchecken. Persoonlijke begeleiding naar kamer, lekker ontbijt. Enig minpuntje was dat het terras 's avonds heel lang open bleef, waardoor de kamers die uitgaven op deze binnenkoer last hadden van geluidsoverlast. |
