Location is good. Probably 15 min walk to the Grand Place. Staff is friendly. Stephan was checking us in: helped with the internet connection and gave the directions to the city. Thank you. Room was spacy and clean. Breakfast room is small, but ladies were very quick to prepare the tables for the next guests. |

Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. So, I plan to stay there next week since I will come to a meeting at the EC. Check in at 15.00 is too late.On the booking page, it is possible to book smoking is allowed. It must be corrected, because it is not. |

We had a room at the front of the Hotel the first night,And it was noisey. But the staff were very helpfull, and moved us. Breakfast good. No problems with it for a buget hotel. |

comfortable bed and good shower walls lacked decor. There was not a proper door on bathroom door. Chair was small and was made of plastic.No hairdryer in room.Room was rather small. |

Very nice hotel. Very clean; friendly and efficient staff; close to key points in Brussels (metro, gare du nord, grande place, ...); Adequately sized room (although with minimal decoration) WiFi internet could have been available for free (although internet access is available for free at the hotel lobby and WiFi at the rest of the hotel is very reasonably priced - EUR 5/48h) |

Convenient location... several blocks from the North train station and walking distance (several blocks) from the old town center. The staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet had good selection. |

Staff were very good and helpful. Had a small room facing the street traffic. Very hot and unventilated. Open window for air, and get lots of traffic noise. Close window and suffer from heat. The location was good enough for the rate, but the neighborhood was a bit grubby and third-worldish. Not the hotel's fault, but should be noted. |

The friendly staff at the reception. Bed comfy. There was no heating due to good weather. Room a bit small, compared to other hotels of similar rate. |
