Nice modern rooms
Bathtub, inexpensive breakfast, helpful staff
NO free internet, no refrigerator or pot to heat water
Excellent staff, good location, clean rooms, nice breakfast, nice relaxed public spaces
Rooms are small and don't have tea-making facilities
Close to the business area, subway and train. Breakfast was good.
I was here just for one night but hairdryer was not in the bathroom bathroom and room was old, did not feel comfortable and safety in the room.
Very convenient location, general condition and price. Staff were great!
You've to pay for internet, however you can use the pcs at reception for free
Having to pay for Wifi
Nice lounge Friendly staff Comfy bed and pillows Good shower Basin had a plug!
The lift was very small and scruffy Light switches in the room were confusing Badly fitting bathroom door
Economy (for Brussels) Clean Central Nice staff
Rooms need facelift. Small rooms for the price but this has more to do with Brussels. Basic amenities.
The room looked like a broom cupboard, everything old and worn off.
Rooms are very small
The hotel was perfectly situated. The room was comfortable, clean ( they changed the towels every day), without not noise from outside. The personal who works there were pleasant. It's possible to use the free-wifi by the computers that they have on the hall. Although we paid apart from the breakfast, it was a good quality-price relation.
Maybe it was a little expensive, despite that I would repeat it.
Crisp and clean feeling in the room.
location, very comfortable bed, long breakfast hours
lift is very small and old (really not good for my claustrophobic friend)
housekeeping staff changed all the bedding which is not usual for a cheap hotel i only experience it in a 5 star hotel :)
the shower head is too old that it dont fit for a good shower experience :)
Location, service, polite stuff, breakfast.
location, good size room, night receptionist offer me a piece of cake ;-), breakfast was fine.
the bathroom need a refurbish but was very clean.
We liked nothing about the hotel. Only breakfast was good.
The room was very small and dirty. Even there was no hairdryer and telephone in the rooms. We do not recommend this hotel.
lobby, staff, location
the hotel would need some investment in restoration...l
Location They allowed me check in at 1.30 when it's usually 3pm - I had injured my back so it was greatly appreciated.
It can be noisey in the morning
Location Size The lounge is very comfortable The scrambled eggs at breakfast
Having to pay for WiFi The shower was very weak The view from the bedroom no hairdryer in the bedroom
Location, price, breakfast. Overall hotel is clean and looks are pleasing. No frills.
Room layout is limited, light switches are rare and you need to keep going back and forth to switch on bedroom (from over the bed) and switch off entrance lights. Some facilities such as a kettle, min fridge, closet are lacking.
It was a clean hotel very expensive if u had to pay full price for it there isn't a lot in there to be honest just a room with a tv and freeview but we hardly stayed in the room to be honest so it did its purpose for us
Very expensive for u get if u pay full price and u have to pay for the wifi when all the bars do it for free but there is a free computer u can use downstairs
I feel being fooled by their online visual promotion - the reality is far not like that except the pattern of the wall paper.
A very good price vs location factor. Friendly staff, hotel clean, as well as rooms, bathroom, bed lining, towels etc. Very good for a couple of nights stay if you want to visit Brussels - walking distance from Brussels center, metro, tram, Train station (Nord).
Seems to be more 2 stars hotel than 3 but assuming that it will be redecorated will be OK for a 3* hotel. Room to the main street little noisy (probably due to poor windows). Very simple room equipment, wifi paid extra.
The breakfast was not worth the fee charged. I would skip it and get something to eat outside the hotel. The hallways need to be refreshed and the elevator is old. I am not sure the cost of the room is fair given the current condition of the hotel. The pictures on the site are not a fiar representation of the rooms or eating area. The lobby has been upgraded. Also all the rooms have carpet despite what is noted in the hotel's description.
