The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the city centre.
The room was a bit stuffy
Staff were pleasent
Room had aweful odour smelled of vomit and dirty socks
No free wi-fi
Nice clean hotel on a good location, very friendly staff.
Good location, good breakfast (included) and kind staff.
Paid Wi-Fi. The photos are misleading; the hotel needs a refurbishment.
Location, kind and professional staff, cleanliness, comfort.
Nothing to say
The location, and the bed was not bad.
Additional costs ( e.g. Wifi, cut tax) means that it is not really such a budget option and there are nicer hotels out there for this price. Horrible chlorine smell in room that did not disappear after windows had been opened. Better to go to nearby cafe for breakfast as this was a rather depressing experience.
The location is very good ,near 2 metro stations ,room warm and clean ,bed very comfy ,piping hot water ,good breakfast and nice staff wouldn't hesitate to stay again
Was a bit noisy ,thin walls ,but that's all
The location is good. It takes about 5 mins from the centre by walk and is easy to find. Staff was friendly/helpful. For this value, it's definitely a good place to stay
The outer wall/elevator of the hotel looked shabby
Good location (10 minutes walk to Gare du Nord, 15 minutes walk to Grand Place, 2 minutes to shopping street Rue Neuve). Excellent staff!!! Rooms good enough, not so big but comfortable to sleep (what else do you do in the hotel???). Very rich breakfast (three kinds of cereal, scrambled eggs with sausages, yogurt, three kinds of cold meat, two kinds of cheese, two kinds of cheese brie, six kinds of bread, three kinds of pastries, butter, jams / honey, fruit, three kinds of juice, tea / coffee making facilities). Do you need more? For me not! Very reasonable price for all that. It's really perfect place for me! It was my seventh stay here but not last!
Like in all other hotels, if you have room with view to main street - it could be a bit noisy at night with opened windows.
The staff members are fantastic
No one should have to pay for wifi these days. The lift is also a bit dodgy
The Queen Anne Hotel provides value for money service.
The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
No wi-fi. 5€ for 24h and I have asked a user about the quality. She was disappointed by the wi-fi service which was bad even-tough she paid for it.
Location, friendly staff at reception. Excellent WIFI service. Decent breakfast for 7 euros.
cleanliness, especially in the bathroom.
The room was small, privy from basic things like an iron and iron board, no wifi in room.
Convenient access to train station and the main square
The bed, the place close to the center
I would appreciate free wifi in rooms and more clean carpet in the room
The location is good which Is very near the CBD,
The environment is so so and the facility is old.
Close to the center, friendly and helpful staff, warm room
The shower was need d to be repaired
Well located, Good staff, willing to help and always available. Clean and comfortable. Always my first option when I visit Brussels.
Finding the hotel at first was a challenge.
We traveled three adults, my parents and me. The offer was ambiguous. Pay breakfast and when we arrived we were told it was not included. The hotel is old. It is impossible to sleep at night. It is located on a road that has a tremendous traffic at night. In the morning you pass no car. No safe. The wifi is chargeable, to be the center of Europe is not understandable !! We must be aware of the charges by credit card because they did not correspond charges without notifying us, and that, I paid everything they told us check-out at reception. Well they did loads we had to claim .... they charged wifi twice. I found it very expensive for services and situation. Especially not rest when you spend all day walking, it's horrible.
Staff were accommodating and friendly. Hotel is in a great location as well
The hotel was very noisy! We could hear people in the rooms next to us as well as the lift opening and closing and people going up and down the stairs.
