I love the business class floor with the private lounge for coffee and u can have ur meeting there in privacy with ur visitor with out going to ur room,the hotel is convenient and is set around the center of the city so we did our shopping all around the hotel is so nice,I will be there again when in Brussels and I will recommend it to a friend.

Nice looking hotel. Located within working distance form the Grand place.

There was a lady at the front desk called Stephanie who just spoilt our stay. She was not empathetic at all. We missed our flight the previous day and our first night had been registered as 'no show' which we had made up our mind to pay for anyway as that would mean we would have a room when we arrived in the morning. We had booked a double room. She complained that there was only twin beds available as they had givene away our rooms and that moving us to a double rooom after would mean them having to prepare 2 rooms for us. She actually said 'we don't like doing that'. She seemed really reluctant to help us. She even questioned why I didn't call to cancel the booking even after I told her that we missed our flight and were not in a position to call. She then asked if I didn't have a mobile phone. I thought she badly needed customer service training. She was really not a good front office staff for such a hotel. However, her colleagues on the next shift were so much better and changed our room. Rooms could be larger.

We were woken up at 3am by other guests on our first night.

The staff and facilities were fantastic. In a great location in the more historic part of the city. Within easy walking distance to sites, shops and transport. Would definitely stay here again when next in Brussels

The pillows in the room were very soft and I found it difficult to get a good nights sleep.

Good position in the centre of the town...

When we arrived, they did not have our reservation in their system, so our check-in was very very long. The rooms are situated into the atrium, so you do not have enough lights. Alsou check-out was quite terrible, they couldn´t print the invoice with the hotel stamp. Not recomended hotel !

Location of the hotel is great

The hotel was central and only a few minutes walking distance to the centre. The staff were friendly and the barman gave us a recommendation of where to eat in town. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The room was amazing and the staff were very friendly.

Its a shame you could have a tea and cake when relaxing in the hotel. Also upon arrival I was asked to pay the bill in full and was quoted the incorrect charges as per the actual booking charge. Was asked to pay more then was required and delayed our arrival for the evening. I had my tablet, so I could forward them the agreed charges for my weekend trip to Brussels. Reservations need to make sure they charge the correct price for someones stay.
